Does anybody lives in lincoln Nebraska please Please check if they work because it doesn’t seem like it, USCIS Nebraska is closed? Because I don’t understand how only Texas get approved, please if you know something update because this is abnormal.

Application Received 05/06/2019
Notice date on I-751: 05/09/2019
Received extension letter: 05/13/2019
Biometric taken: 11/19/2019 (applied to case n same day)
New Card is being produced: 05/26/2020
No RFE, no interview
Evidence submitted;
Complete tax returns and tax transcripts for ,2016,2017, 2018
Monthly bank statements from 2017 to 2019 (forgot that most of our utilities were drafted from joint credit cards, which I forgot to send but guess that didn't matter)
Lease agreement for old residence
Driver's Licenses showing joint address
1 or 2 utility bills showing addresses (bills were not in both names since our utility companies only did one name, so sent one from each of us, water and electric which was in spouse's name and gas which was in my name)
Life insurance policy from 2015-2019 showing wife as beneficiary
Health insurance from 2015-2019 showing wife as beneficiary
Very expensive vet bill mailed to wife and I (dog had surgery)
Retirement account from me showing wife as beneficiary/Wife's retirement account showing me as the beneficiary
Car insurance showing wife and I on same policy from 2015-2019
Closing statement on mortgage signed by wife and I
Flight itinerary for trip taken to home country with spouse (tickets + payment details)
Trip itinerary for vacation in March of 2019 along with hotel confirmation and payment details
About 15 photos from trips abroad and within the USA
Submitted a couple random doctor bills too
...probably submitted more stuff that I can't remember

If you haven't I suggest downloading the lawfully app, the more users the better able everyone will be in figuring out how often RFEs are being sent out and on average how long cases are taking. The more users the more accurate the app data. Thanks to everyone who answered any questions I've asked.

Update!!!
I just got a text and email notification from USCIS. Checked my egov.uscis.gov website and the status changed to New Card is Being Produced. Checked on the my.uscis.gov website and it's still stuck at Case Received At Local Office.

FCE Service center
Does anyone have FCE as their service center? I had it on my biometrics appt letter although I filed form 751 at CSC. I also got a biometrics letter from CSC as well.

Question on processing for i751
I want to ask this question. If the USCIS says applications are processed based on the time it was received by them, how come people who applied in Nov and Dec 2019 and Jan 2020 already got approved and several people who applied in 2018 still never got approved but their status says Case was Received, since June 2018. Does anyone know how this is processed, or it is their computers just picking the cases as random ?
