Please I want advice concerns my situation, I applied for my i751 on August 2019 joint petition with very good evidence based on very good faith marriage. I did my fingerprint on January 2020 and now my wife throw me out of the house and she wants to file for divorce but for now the family courthouse is closed due to the pandemic covid 19
My question is she said she call the uscis and she said to them that she wants to drop off her name of the application i751
What would you please advice me to do and what consequences this will have effect on my joint petition, because once the courthouse will reopen the divorce process can take long time

DIVORCE 1-751 waiver
My divorce waiver was received 01/30/2019– biometric completed 11/08/2019
On March 2, 2020, we transferred your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence (this is the latest update)
Does anyone knows what this means please? If you have an experience close to mine. It’s been a tiring process, and I’d appreciate any feedback please.

I applied fo7 i751 on July 2019 and I did my fingerprint in January, my status says fingerprint have been applied to your case.
Now my wife kicked me out 1 month ago and find out she moved out from the apartment where we were living. She called the immigration telling them she want to stop my case but she didn't send them any document.
I have 2017 2018 2019 lease and taxes
Car in our both names
Joint credit card
Air plane ticket and hotel
Tons of pictures
Joint bank account
Car insurance same policy number
My question is what can I do now should I file for divorce and let her file? And what can happen to my case ?

No update
1st I did not get a reciept had to schedule info pass
2nd my fingerprints are done but not updated on website
3rd I’m still waiting for the 10year card
It’s either the officer in charge of my case is against same sex couples or they lost my documents
I can’t understand why this is taking so long
With a dictionary sized documents sent lol

Hey All
I am getting a little impatient now. I received my extension notice in Jan 2019.
And my notice date on it is 2/21/2019.
The last status is As of September, 2019, fingerprints relating to your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, have been applied.
I had my interview for i485 done already.
I am just wondering why they jump to applications in July and Aug and leave out the Dec/Jan/Feb applicants?
wondering when this will get over. I want to apply to new jobs and going with an extension letter is not fun at all.
