Receipt confirmation not received for i751 - Phoenix
Hi All,
I sent my file on Oct 29 2019 and delivered on Oct 31. Today is Nov 4 and not received any text or email. I sent to USCIS, P.O. Box 21200, Phoenix, AZ 85036. Any one else sent to Phoenix ? Can anyone share their experience for this location ?

Hi everyone, quick question!
Is there any information about different processing times for different GC codes? I've read a few things that state CR6 is faster than CR1. Current status:
7/24/19 - sent i751 and documents
7/26/19 - case received
8/11/19 - extension letter received
10/24/19 - GC expired
Nebraska processing time online says 14.5-19 months :( can't bear the thought of waiting that long!

How to reenter US after long period
Hi all,
I obtained my family based green card the past July. I left US in May for a family situation. I had to close everything in US and found a job in my home country- I got friends receiving and bringing me the green card.
I have not come back to US since then, and I heard I should go back to US once in a while to keep the GC. Is that true? How often should I come back? Will I have any problem if I come back in the next 6 months or so?

Folks--I really appreciate all your efforts to keep this forum alive. Hope someone can pitch in and share some advice on what I am going through. I applied for 751 removal in July Potomac service center. Couple weeks ago I found out that my wife is been having Ema and I so badly want to get out of the marriage now and she feels the same too. But my question is should I divorce her now and file the waiver along with it or stay with her until the green card gets approved, she is willing to cooperate. Or divorce her, don't file waiver and show up with divorce decree? We have a child together, house, cars, bank accounts etc. Attorneys are at this point are giving me conflicting information. Appreciate if any could share your thoughts or if you had gone through the same thing then share your experience.

Hello everyone,
Does anyone has a recent experience with the California Center?
Here is my time-line so far.
- Sent my paperwork on 08/12/19
- Got it mailed back 3 weeks later because I sent it 2 days before the 90 days window.
- I Sent everything back again next day (I sent same supporting documents but new form, signed and dated again and made a new check with the new date)
- They received on 9/9/19 and sent the receipt notice on 9/12/19
- I got my extension for 18 moths on 9/13/19 and haven't heard anything else since then.
Does anyone has a recent experience with the California Center?

Hello everyone . I filed my I751 2 years and 1 month ago.... my case was transferred twice.... my extension letter expire and I got a stamp in passport witch is going to expire on NOV 16th ,I called and requested another appointment . My problem is that I can’t understand why does it take so long for them to make a decision? My lawyer say that 99% is going to be interview . I wanted to see if anyone had similar experience and how did u deal with it?

Process time for Texas
Hey Guys,
Mailed in by removal of Conditions last week but was received on Monday 28th October.
My Question is; how long does it take Texas to process payment because I used a personal check in order to track if my application was accepted.
Just nervous because my GC expires in a week. Thanks guys.
