Hi there!
My sister filed the I-751 the application form and all documents submitted were returned to her thru mail. Reason was she filed it a week early before 90 day period.
My questions are
1) Does she need to fill out a new form of I-751( fill out a new form)?
2) Can she attach or use the same documents that she sent earlier? By the way, all her documents were sealed or coded at the very bottom of each page ? And some
Were signed/ initialed at very bottom of each page.
3) Can she use the money order that she sent and was returned to her? By the way, the pay to the order was returned with an stamp as pay to the order to uscis. Can she still use it for her payment?

Fingerprint letter -I751
Hello All, I have received on 18 month extension letter from Nebraska three weeks ago. I submitted my I 751 last month on 8/4 but I have not received my finger print letter yet. I called USCIS they said it takes 4 weeks after receipt. It has been already more than 6 weeks. anyone in similar situation. thanks

I submitted my application to remove the conditions of my green card last week of May!
I received my Extension Letter for 18 months by the second week of June. . And my case is at Potomac Service center. (YSC)
It has been 3 months and I haven’t gotten a Biometric appointment.
I have read in the letter that if biometrics needed , they will send a separate letter for biometric appointment.
I’ve read that some of you get a biometric appointment for the next month after getting your 18 months extension letter.
If anyone out there with Potomac service Center (YSC)
Please Share your experiences!
Also people that didn’t have to have a biometric done , share your experiences as well .

Done biometrics end of May 2019. Papers were sent to Vermont office.
Couple of weeks ago the status online has changed to "Fingerprint review was completed".
Home office and where the interview may take place is Mount Laurel, NJ.
So, I am wondering how soon I can expect interview notice if there will be one? Can anyone share their experience? Thank you! Good luck to all of us!

still waiting no answers .i call uscis they don’t have a record or receipt for my case .i want to chase bank they don’t know if the money order is cash or not .my package arrived 3 days early before the 90 day but I’m sure they gonna return it to me . I really want to know money weeks or day the take to receive it back .if any one here who’s package was sent back to you for early filing of your i751 application your reply will be helpful.today is day 13 since they received it still no news

Unconditional Green Card Approved
I submitted my application to have conditions removed on my green card over a year ago and even though I have been keeping tabs on the status, I unexpectedly got a notification today that my unconditional green card has been ordered and case approved. Be encouraged that your case will be attended to and approved. All glory to God!
Timeline:
July 2018 - submitted application with all evidences required
August 2018 - Fingerprints notice and exercise
Sept 2019 - Case approved/Card ordered

1.)so my conditional green card will expire this dec21, 2019, so with the filling issue i can file it on the 90th day and within the 90 days right?
2.) the evidence will be given separately and be brought during biometrics?

How long it take to receive package back

Hi all . I sent my application to uscis it arrived 2 days before the 90 days.usps delivered it .incase if my application is gonna return to me how long is gonna take to receive it back ? Or if they accepted it how long is gonna take to receive a letter from uscis ? I call uscis for help but they don’t any record of my case
