Hi all I sent my package today my gc will be expire in 11/30/1990 my 90 days will be start on the 1 of September which will be Sunday. I sent the package today and they gonna receive it on Thursday or Friday which is 3 days early is this ok .any comments will be helpful

Hello everyone!
I recently received my extension letter I. The mail which now has my husband last name. I went to my local dmv and they told me they can’t add my husbands last name to my drivers license as it is not in my physical green card which expires in October of this year. Has anyone gone though something like it? If so how did you go about it?

On May 10th I received my extension after filed for removal of conditions. What's your experience? I am in LA and I think the office is in Texas.

I have a question. My GreenCard wiil expire in March 2020.
Can I file in now or I have to wait 90 days before the expiry date?
Just that I remember having to wait soooo long for my initial Green Card and my EOD that I am traumatized about how things are with them.....
Any feedback on this would be great. Thank you in advance.

I-751 JUNE FILER
I I -751 on June 12th and received NOA for 18 month extension on June 16th.but I am Yet to receive Notice for Biometric appt . My service center starting With YSC---- and I am not still able to look up status online . anyone with same issue ??

Hello my GC expired on 31 st of August 2018 and I submitted my i 751 on June 16 and received by uscis on the 20th of June 2018! I got My NOA on June 29 !
I received an biometrics waiver notice on March 2019 but I received another notice on july 12 for biometrics to be taken on the 17 of the same month! I went and did my biometrics with no problem and I received a case update :
As of July 19, 2019, we completed our review of your fingerprints and are working on your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, Receipt Number WAC#######at our California Service Center location. !
Anybody knows how long the wait is it going to be because I have booked a trip to Greece on September!!!!

1-751, and citizenship naturalization
Hello everyone, hope you guys doing well, I filled my petition to remove conditional on residence with my wife on September 28, 2018 I did my biometric on June 13 and my case status changed to fingerprints review was completed almost one month ago but still their is no charge in my status and no news from USCIS. Anyone knows or have experience what will happen after this and when I will hear back from USCIS please let me know.
2- another thing if I apply for naturalization citizenship or should I hire an attorney?
I know all naturalization citizenship filling forms and I almost filled the forms too but not submitted yet,

Can I travel with only my green card to Mexico

I’m planning to travel to Mexico for a few weeks during Christmas. I have my 10 year green card and a driver license. I lost my passport (I’m from Venezuela) so I don’t have anything else. Will that be enough? Can I travel by air or only by land? Thank you!

Status is updated as ready to be scheduled for interview after receiving green card
Hello ,
I’m confused as I was approved and got my green card 4 months ago but today got a message saying my I485 is ready to be scheduled for interview. Any body got issue like this I can’t call as it is holiday tomorrow . And I can’t stop thinking about it. Please let me know about it .

Removing conditions while separated or divorced
Hi,
Does anyone have experience with applying to remove conditions (I-751) and being divorced from their spouse?
Or still legally married and separated or simply their spouse wouldn’t sign the form.
