Hi all.
Is someone else waiting for over two years now?
I sent my application in 2019, and it says that is ready for an interview over a year ago. Also, I submitted an inquiry about why my case is taking longer than normal in July, and has been assigned to an agent, and they were supposed to contact me in 45 days... nothing happened. I already got my second stamp, and this year will be the third one. Also, I filled my N-400 beginning of this year, thinking that it was going to help to speed the process, but still stuck.
My local office is in Atlanta, Georgia.
Also, I got divorced almost 9 months ago, and I sent a letter to switch to a waiver with the divorce.
Please let me know your experiences.
I did my interview today Hartford CT and was approved however the divorce document I submitted was not accepted. The officer printed the RFE and I have 1 month to submit. He told me my application is approved but he needs the divorce decree. Happy this is over. I will go to the court tomorrow and express the decree to him so hopefully I will get my card soon.
At first he was a little annoyed because he said he did not know this was a waiver because the documents I sent I guess was not included in my original application. He didn't ask anything about my marriage or why it didn't work. He only asked my ex name, address and date of birth.
Receipt date: July 20, 2021
No updates to my account before I received the interview notice and I did not use a lawyer.
Thank you Lord.

Hello folks:
I got married to my husband in 2019 and filed my I751 recently (Receipt from Nebraska center: July 11th, 2022 | Fingerprints applied: August 19, 2022).
I have been mistreated all the time, made to do all the chores, my husband hates that I work and make money - he takes them all from me or makes me pay for stuff so I don't have any savings. He is very smart, he'd never abuse me in writing or physically. It is all diplomatic words.
I need your advise on how to deal with this situation, since I am not sure if this is abuse. I don't have proof for any actions, apart from venting to my therapist.
Hi guys!
I have filled my I-751 back in November 2020 and still heard nothing ever since, however, few people that filled their documents after me (Potomac as well) already got their green cards.
Do you know why this is happening? Did they reserve the order in which they process the petitions or something?
