08/10/2020: Delivered/Priority date
8/19/2020: Check Cashed
8/22/2020: 18 months Extension letter received I-797 YSC service center.
12/09/2020: Case updated to show finger prints were taken. ( reused old biometrics)
11/24/2021: received 24 months extension letter
9/18/2022: personally submitted a case inquiry for outside of normal processing time.
09/20/2022: Case Approved

Separated- 12/23/2019
Divorced - 7/9/2020

WAC. I-751. PD: Nov 27, 2021. No update since Apr 2022.
hi all - Did anyone recently receive an update on I-751 fromCalifornia processing center?
My PD is Nov 27, 2021. But i h ave not heard since Fingerprint update in April 2022.
It says current processing time is 10 months for 80% of cases, so was wondering if anyone in same boat or have recieved any update from WAC?

Married to USC, travelling to India while i765 is pending with expunged misdemeanor record
Hi all,
I'm travelling to India next month for 3 weeks while my i765 application in pending=, I have an expunger misdemeanor recored for theft under $500 which is ruled out as Nolle Prosequi back in 2017 while I was on my F1 visa, My record is clean so far after that, and this is the first time I will be traveling outside of the states in 8+ years, I will be travelling with my USC wife during this trip, I will be carrying mu expired GC, Valid Indian passport, 24 extension receipt, Drivers license, along with bunch of other docs, what can I epect at the port of Entry when I land in US?

Approval of I-751 (waiver)
Finally got my approval notification email and text a few hours ago. I actually received a notification yesterday that my interview was cancelled and remember I did my interview August 24. Super happy that this process is over, I now wait 2 more years to apply for my citizenship.
Timeline: Hartford CT field office

Aug 2022: interview

I-751 transferred to NBC 2020 filler.
Has USCIS stopped approving I-751 petitions? Please 2020 filler’s share your experiences because I still can’t understand why Potomac 2020 filler’s are still waiting on approval while other service centers are working on march or April 2021.

Finally Approved - N-400
I would like to thank God for bringing this journey to a close (almost :)). You all have helped to keep my spirit up during the long wait, so thank you.
I filed for RoC in June 2020. My case was transferred to NBC in December 2020 and since then, no online update on my case till now. Long silence after that, I then filed for naturalization as soon as I was eligible through marriage.
Few months after that, got RFE for the I-751. Responded to the RFE and still silence with no update online.
Finally got an update on the N-400 for a scheduled interview. That was today and I was approved. The oath ceremony is still pending but I'm glad this is finally over. My husband is relieved because I kept him up all night with my anxiety :).
Wish you all the very best in your journeys. Praying you all get your approvals soon too. Cheers!

I751 transfered to another NBC
I filed January 2021 and after 12months got a RFE letter , which i responded to.
After 8months of responding to RFE, my case got transfered to another office NBC for further processing.
Please, what does this mean?

I filed dec. 2020 then transfer to NBC Dec 2021. No update after the transfer. Still waiting..
