Potomac September 2019
Potomac center last week started on September 2019 cases. But they are doing something bizarre, they approved random cases from September 3rd to the 26th. The majority of September cases are not approved. So it looks on paper they went through all September cases in one week !! But is not true huge majority of cases were not done. In comparison they stayed on August 2019 case for almost 4 months, and they are still processing most cases from August !!

I751 WAC waiver with extreme cruelity
My case is little complicated ..
I stayed with my x wife for only 6 months because she sexually abused me and threatened me with her family
I have not much joint proofs of tax returns and other expenses
But i have some pics with her , house lease agreement , 6 months tax proofs , one joint bank account summary of that period, my self affidavit explaining the reason of divorce with three support letters from my friends that witnesed the threatening
I send all that to uscis earlier with i751 filing
Case summary :-
Case submitted - Dec 2018
Bio - May 2019
Rfe Recieved - March 2020
Rfe responce submitted - May 2020
Rfe was for more joint proofs

I send police report , restraining orders, divoce papers and self affidavit in rfe responce

Current case status - Rfe responce was received by uscis on May 11, 2020

It is almost one year passed, when i submitted rfe responce to uscis but i haven't got any update after that
I changed my lawyer also and he send other documents 10 days earlier to the same address where i send rfe responce with an updated letter and request to expedit my case but still i haven't got any responce
I am really frustrated from this process and waiting from 28 months.
I am planning to file writ of mandamus

I need help !
Please advice me if anyone here has done this before or not , or is it ok to do so
I am afraid that after this is it going to effect my case in negative way ??
Please suggest me what should i do now because i have tried everything
I submitted request atleast 6 times but it all not worked
I called on 1800 number they also not helped me
I m tired of changing lawyers again and wasting my hard earned money on these people who didn't do anything .
Please help me !!!

I used the same lawyer for my initial GC Filing and I-751. I will hire him again to do my early filing of N-400 since my 3rd anniversary as Permanent Resident is just less than 2 months from now. I hope this brings hope to you guys that we just need to trust the process, it's moving! I encourage everyone to please pray everyday and have faith in the Lord. Everything in God's perfect time. See you all on the Citizenship experiences page. God bless!
