I751 approved via phone call
Hello everyone. I can believe I’m writing this but I got a call from a USCIS supervisor telling me that I don’t need to go to tomorrow interview and it’s already been approved. I filed married but we are seperated. I told USCIS this and they still approved.

Filed - November 2019

RFE - September 2020 (asking me for more evidence that marriage was in good faith) couldn’t give much so I just sent them afadavits and more pictures. Also a letter explaining why I didn’t have more evidence)

RFE received November 2020

Case is ready to be scheduled for interview - February 2020

Interview scheduled - March

My interview was supposed to be tomorrow.

Good luck everybody else

Hello
When you guys are sending the documents to USCIS, just take copies of the evidence and fill out the form? Or you guys write a letter together with the documents? Thank you!

I-751 Green Card extension soon running out please help
Hi everyone

I submitted my I-751 on November 17 2019. I am currently in the "interview is ready to be scheduled" phase since March 3 2021.
My 18 months green card extension runs out soon. I have the following concerns:

1. Do I need to leave the US when the 18 months extension runs out? My status is conditional green card resident.
2. How and where can I get a stamp if I need to travel? I'm based in Los Angeles, CA.

Thankful for help in the above matters...

Hey,

If my case starts with MSC does that mean I'm for sure schedualed for an interview?
My case went right away to the NBC.

I751 application package arrived at 2/23/2021, not get notice yet
Dear all,

I sent my I751 application to Arizona Phoenix USCIS lockbox and my package was arrived and signed by F. Brown on 2/23/2021. Till now (4/6/2021), my USPS money order has yet been cashed and I haven't heard anything from USCIS. I just called USCIS customer service today and the agent told me that I should waited for 60 days since 2/23/2021. If still nothing happened by then, I should give them another call. My GC has already expired on March 27 and now I am extremely worried...

May I know if anyone has similar timeline and already have their money order/check cashed? Would you please share your timeline with me? Thank you so much!

Questions to ask on USCIS Level 2 office on case status while I-751 pending
Hi Everyone I cam California I-751 filer.

04/30/2020: I-751 sent
05/06/2020: notices received
05/22/2020: Case Was Transferred And A New Office Has Jurisdiction
06/30/2020: received 18 months extension letter for conditional resident card
07/23/2020: conditional green card expired

No finger prints were taken or requested.

Today called USCIS office to get status on my case. The representative lady said my case still within processing time, please keep waiting. I requested to speak to L2/L3 office. She created the service request for me for status inquiry or call back from USCIS L2 representative and said to wait for 14 days for email or call back. My questions to you all is what questions I should ask to L2 representative so that it will help to expedite the process ?
I know that by calling or pushing them to check status on the case may not expedite my processing time, but worth of try.

Any advise will be helpful

Soon will be applying for N-400 while I-751 pending, then again I will have to wait for both to be reviewed.
