Potomac Center - 8/2019 Filler Card is being produced
Hi everyone,
Finally I got good new about my case, after months went silent. Here is my timeline:
- August 2019 : Case received
- Nov 2019 : Biometric done
Since then no update about the case at all.
- Mar 2021: Today, I checked and the status changed to: New card is being produced (no interview).
2019 Potomac centre fillers, finally it is our turn.

Need a recommendation for a good Divorce immigration lawyer!
Hi guys, I hope someone can help me with my situation. I got my 2 year green card and applied for I-751 October 2018, Biometric was done on November 2019 (I know it's crazy 1 year waiting). Filed for N-400 on the same month, biometric was done again on December 2019. I haven't heard anything since then. My I-751 status changed to "transfer to another office for jurisdiction" as soon as I applied for N-400, so I still haven't heard or received my 10 year green card.
2020 was a rough year. My husband and I got in constantly fight due to he had no interested in looking for jobs while I had school and worked 2 part-time jobs. I had to moved out of the house after 1 year try to fix our relationship since he becomes more verbally abusive and almost hit me another day.
I'm appreciate if you guys can refer me a lawyer that can help me with this situation. I live in Houston. If any of you had the same experience from different states please share yours with me. I don't know where to start. Thank you so much!

I751 interview
Hi guys, I had my I751 interview with my wife towards end of January. The officer was super nice. He said he'd recommend me for approval but his supervisor needed to review the case. Up till now, I haven't received my 10 year green card. My case is not also updated online even when the interview was scheduled. I called the USCIS contact center but it was obvious that they only saw what was online that my case was ready to be scheduled for an interview. They couldn't figure that I have had my interview. Anyone experienced this?

Hi guys it’s been a very long while.it’s almost time to remove conditions from my 2yr green card.I will be married for 3yrs in May,we file for removal in July, since it expires in September of 2021.
my 2yr green card application was fast and approved on the spot,no rfes or issues.
But my husband is now an active duty officer in the army and My question is,is the process expedited for military spouses and am I eligible now to also expedite my citizenship filing even if the green card isn’t up to 3yrs yet.Pls anyone who can shed some light if they have had a similar situation.Thankyou
p.s he isn’t stationed abroad,just out of state from our normal residence.

1/13/2021 - Transferred to a office that has jurisdiction
1/4/2021 - Card in production
1/5/2021 - Case Approved
Total - less than 6 months.

I- 751 file for NYC filer to Vermont Service Center
Hi Guys,
My 2 years conditional green card expiration date was September 20th 2020. I am NYC filer.
My case number starts with EAC that indicates Vermont Service Center.
So,
1- I sent my I 751 file to USCIS in August 3rd 2020.
2- USCIS sent notification to me by email and text indicating my file was received in August 5th 2020
3- My old finger print applied for biometrics in August 25th 2020
4- I received an email and mail notification then status changed online saying my case was approved in February 26th 2021.
5- My online status changed to card being produced and then card was mailed in March 1st 2021.
6- I received my permanent green card in March 5th 2021.
My journey is over for the green card.

I have received a 10 years green card, while it should be a conditional 2 years green card. Does the USCIS sometimes offer 10 years green cards for a less than two years marriage case, or is it only a mistake by them?
