Hello everyone,
I have moved from Oklahoma to Arizona yesterday. Now, I need to file a change of address with USCIS. When emailed my lawyer my new physical and mailing address to file my AR11 he asked for a fee of $145 and pay in advance before he can process the change of address. I paid him $4200 to file my I751, and it seems that was not enough for him!
Anyways I won't pay him even 5 bucks for filing a form, so I decided to do it myself.
My question is: I am not sure what physical address this lawyer used. All I remember is that I gave him my mailing address and that's what all my receipts from USCIS have.
One of the questions on the form is to provide the old and the new address. Which address is USCIS referring to; the physical or the mailing?
Can I go through USCIS customer service and ask them these questions?

Just wanted to give an update on how I got my stamp, very easy and stress free. Called USCIS and received a reference No. i was told that USCIS will contact me to schedule an Infopass appointment, I didn’t receive a call so I called back and after a week and the wait time was 65 minutes 😲 I used EMMA and within minutes received another reference No. this time around they called me within 3 days and set up the appointment for the next week. I got my stamp yesterday, the whole process took less than an hour.

I have filed on Jan 26 and my application was received on Feb 1. Still, no recipe and cash called USCIS, and all I got from them where that they have a delay and nothing can be done . My green card expires on March 25.

Hello everyone, am new here, my green card expires may 30, 2021 , so my 90 days is March 1st, so should I date my form March 1st and take my documents to the post office March 1st to mail it off? Just want to ask to be on the safe side, and I using a personal cheque with only my name since I add him after to my account , will they watch that what you guys think or get a money order, thanks for your response

I-751 application
I send my application to Texas service center on 28th October 2020 but my check is not cashed.my green card expired on 23rd Jan later I realized that I sent application to wrong address they changed it to Arizona service center when 2 days left to expired my green card I sent another application to Arizona service center after a week I sent another i751 application to Arizona service center after a week they sent I 797 receipt of first application. I think they sent my another application back to me but today they cashed another check and sent another i797 receipt now I have 2 different case number.. can they refund fee and cancel my 2nd application or what I can do .. please advise me I am very nervous..

No I-751 receipt
I send my I-751 wavier on feb 11 and it was received by them on feb 12 however my conditional green card already expired yesterday on feb 25 and as of today I haven’t received no email from them about my receipt or case number. Can I continue my job regardless my gc got expired or I should stop Anyone here with the similar experience here?
