UN-Professional CANAM Consultants CANAMGROUP
I would like to share my experience with Canam Consultants, who promise to offer immigration services to Canada, Australia & NewZealand...
They messed up my case for Australia, and finally my case was rejected by ACS.

1. They don't know how to file a case. Before filing the case they don't know that they are suppose to file my case in RPL(Required prior learning Category). After filing the case they came to know from ACS that I need to pay more fee because the processing charges are more for RPL category. Because they have to pay more they came back to me, otherwise...

2. No co-ordination between the branch office, head office. Branch office will stand in line along with U in begging for status or information etc...

3. They collect additional processing charges for appointing an attorney based in Australia..at premium cost.. U never know who that guy is or may be they don't even have such a guy..

4. They never communicate to you what is happening..

5. I have 8+ years of relevant field experience, certification from the software manufacturer (Germany), Recommendation letters from leading implementaion partners, supporting experience letter from my current company...Inspite of this they were not capable of representing my case properly..

6. It is not only me even my brother who filed along with me got rejected..He is not in RPL but he was qualified and experienced, under regular category..

Please look for better source when you think of Australian immigration.

Experince with WWICS
Dear All,

WWICS is not at all professional. They like to take the money only and they give false promise and hope. I have experience this and going thru the same till now. I got my Visa, but suffered a lot for them. They misplaced my letter and for that i spend additional money to get it. They are not at all co-operate. Please don't use any consultant service atleast with WWICS for Canada immigration. You can apply directly thru canada govt. site and can get the step by step guide. If u need any support u can mail me [email protected].

Waiting before applying greencard...
There is no criteria or rule that you need to wait for some time before applying to Employment based greencard. You can apply anytime after you get your H1B AND the date your employment on H1B starts officially.

Anybody has any idea citizenship status impact the application processing time for employment based greecard.

Thanks

New H1-B wanting to move to Green Card
I have just been approved for a H1-B with my new company. I had a H1-B from my old company and got it transferred to this company. I would like to apply for a green card with this new company.

Is it true i have to wait aand work a year at this new company before being permitted to apply for the GC?

What forms should i submit considering I am legal for the next 3 years anyways.

WWICS & Parvinder Sandhu
those are the words of my
attorney, Vivian K. T. (which is also immigration
lawyer) about WWICS:

“It appears to us that the company was set up to
defraud want-to-be-immigrants. These people call
themselves immigration consultants, obviously, they
are not attorneys. They may know some immigration
laws; however, as you know, only attorneys are allowed
to practice law and render legal advice. The U.S.
Government (Department of Homeland Security) has
recently busted several operations similar to this one
in Florida and these companies have been convicted of
deceptive trade practices. We think that you are among
the many victims of this scam operation. Perhaps that
is why the company closes its U.S. office to avoid
service of process in the event victims should bring
legal action against the company in the United
States”.

Torturing Nurses in the name of Greencard
ESCORTS HEART INSTITUTE AND RESEARCH CENTRE, in delhi has a programme called IFAN to recruit nurses to USA. Their programme got flopped and the registered nurses are in trouble. They keep our PASSPORTS and all other documents with them. They wont allow us to withdraw from the programme. For withdrawal from IFAN they are asking 6 lakh rupees(for their in efficiency). There are nurses waiting here for more than 3 years........... The management is so unfriendly that they they wont entertain questions from us........Nurses are planning for mass legal action and strikes.

You are nothing but a tool to exploit on h1 visa.Dirty employers purposely can delay filing greencard just to keep you as their slave longer. Once the process starts it is agony as INS and good for nothing attorneys take over who really don't care a damn about you, except to collect fees and money, after all it is your life not theirs. I advise anyone who can avoid the process to avoid it altogeather and enjoy the life back home!! Once the process starts it grips your life and you are imprisoned in the USA with no hopes of leaving and coming back without jeopardising one's status. If you want to live your life wher forms, fees, employer exploitation, fear and dependance of your own life at the hands of others
govern you, then go for it, otherwise -RUN FAST, AWAY FROM THIS HARROWING TRAP!!!!!!

Greencard process
I must congratulate you for an excellent job done in creating and maintaining the site.It would be nice if another section is added regarding after filing of 485 and before recieving approval what happens.e.g I know after six months u can take ur case with you-dont have to be with the company etc.with so many people loosing their jobs -how would it affect the green card process if say u dont get a job but ur six months have passed with ur company VS it is less than six months with ur sponsoring company.I found that New immigration act's interpretation was not documented anywhere.simi
