New Medical Request
Hi.
I have received a letter requesting for new medical since it's over a year. Do i need to go the same place that did the first medical?

Also is true that uscic now require us doing a flu shot. I have called the medical office that I did my first medical and they said I need to do flu shot as well. I am not sure if that is right.

I-485 update
Hi everyone,

I wanted to update you on my case since I am over the moon.
I had my interview last Tuesday 9/25/18.
9/28/18, my status changed to Card being produced.
Oct. 1 both, I-485 and I-130 were approved.
Oct. 3, Card was mailed.

I am super excited, can't wait to finally get my Green Card in my hands. Thanks everyone for always sharing your experiences and helping me through this journey. Best of Luck to everyone waiting. It's a long and stressful process but so worth it in the end.

NYC interview tomorrow
I'm sponsoring my husband. I'm a US born citizen, and he has DACA. He was EWI until we corrected that last year with advanced parole.

Our PD is Oct 2017.

January 2018: His online status changed to "ready to be scheduled".

April 2018: Switched to "At this time USCIS cannot provide info..." it remained at that status for a frustrating 4 months.

August 2018: The status changed to "Interview was scheduled". Jumped up and down.

In January 2018 we moved from NY to NJ. We filed an address change right away but USCIS never processed it (ugh) so our lawyers said to not change it now to avoid delaying or rescheduling the interview, since it's too late. They told us to just bring our signed address change form copy and tell them tomorrow.

At this point we have so much evidence I know we'll be fine, I even included video doorbell screen shots from times we get home or leave to work! I also included my embarassing/sappy 1st anniversary scrapbook I gave him. Anyone can tell we're in love from spending a few minutes with us but it's still so nervewracking! Wish us luck! Mostly my husband, he's been through so much. I'm so glad this will be over for him soon. Natural born citizens like myself take this all for granted, but you all go through so much to be here. Thank you for all you do.

Medical K-1 Visa
Hi everyone! I have my interview soon and it is still not clear to me if I need to do a new medical. I came to the US on a K-1 visa and I submitted my medical to the IO at the airport (April 2017). Do I need to do a new medical? Any k-1 visa experiences out there? Thank you

Different States for AOS 485 and EAD
i485 - Status - Fingerprint fees received
EAD card - received and the case history says 'Fingerprint review completed'

Is it normal that my i485 application says that the fingerprint fees is received but my 765 application says 'Fingerprint review completed'?

Address change
Hi all,
I’m moving houses, from my in-laws place to an apartment just me and the hubs. We are in same town few blocks away and don’t want to change our mailing address. Uscis wants me to report anytime I move. Does anyone know if I can update physical address only but not mailing address?

Thanks
