I-485 Baltimore field office
Hello! I am waiting for a decision from the Baltimore Field Office and I am becoming frustrated. I submitted all forms together except I-693. This is a family based petition from my dad.
Priority date - 07/02/2018
Biometric appointment - 08/14/2018 (+/-)
Nothing for months.
Ready to schedule Interview notice - 3/12/2019
Interview scheduled - 3/19/2019
Interview Date - 4/25/2019
The interview went smoothly. My dad is a US citizen petitioning for my 3 siblings and my mom. They have been together for over 21 years.
During the interview, we submitted more evidence proving relationship, the I-693 and had copies of everything they had ever asked us for.
I-765 became outside of processing time so I submitted several inquiries (was over 4 months past processing time). I did not receive a response until I spoke to a Tier 2 officer. During the same week, I got an email notifying me that my card was being produced.
EAD - 05/06/2020
Everything remained the same until December 14th 2019, I got an email notifying that our case was ready to be scheduled for an interview but it got cancelled the same day. We have gotten 5 more interview notifications and cancellations between December 2019 and April 2020.
We also sent a letter to the Director of the Baltimore Field office in March but we are yet to receive a response.
We submitted a case inquiry for the I-485 application last week and we waiting for a response.
This is very long but this is what we are dealing with. Does anyone have a similar experience in the Baltimore office or other field offices? Your responses would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!

i started my 1st job on 2nd march and worked for 3 weeks on payroll. due to current pandemic i got laid off and since then i stayed home. my question is if my wife filled her taxes for 2019 as married single (because i didn't have ssn before that so she had to file married single) i worked on my fresh ssn for 3 weeks and i have 2 paychecks and they deducted tax.
what are my options?
am i eligible for any kind of assistance? i wanna know if i'm eligible for any of the (unemployment/stimulus checks) and if it's safe to do so?
Thanks in advance, stay home, stay safe.

Interview cancelled- request for evidence
Hi! I am writing this to see if there's somebody else on the same boat. We had our interview on 3/18 at Pittsburgh FO, and it got cancelled. Last week we received a letter asking us to send to the FO evidence of bona fide relationship for them to make "a final decision" (verbatim). I guess that they are wanting to waive our interview, but they need some more evidence. Because they called us to cancel it as we were getting out of the door, we had our evidence ready. We mailed it yesterday. I am not worried, just anxious to see if there is somebody on our same

Hi,
This group is really helpful and i have been reading posts on regular basis. Thank you everyone for providing your experiences.

I have my EB 2 Category I485 pending at MSC location.

Filed I485 + I765 + I130 at MSC location: November 2019
Biometrics Appointment: December 2019.
I765 + I130 EAD received: March 13th 2020.

I485 Still shows fingerprints have been added to your case since December 2019.
Next steps "we will prepare your case for the officer".

No activities on I485 since December 2019.

Is anyone experiencing the same? Can anyone tell how long is the waiting time for MSC site?

Appreciate your guidance and feedback.

NOID received
Good day all and sure u all r keeping safe ... May the good lord we all serve continue to be with us all and bless all in all we do..
I got a NOID today for six inconsistencies question in our interview and our lawyer was there with us however I met with my lawyer today to show him the content of the NOID and at the end of the day he told me to go and attend to all the six question one after the other and bring it for him to prove read bfor I summit it.
Pleae house I will like to know if it ideal for me to be the one to respond to the NOID or my lawyer or do u advice me to get another lawyer to attend to the NOID for me while I sit with him because I noticed my current lawyer was trying to push me away due to the volume of job on him
Also in the NOID I was Given 30 days to get back to uscis but a friend told me that uscis have given a grace for NOID and RFE for additional 60days.
Please house I will be glad if I can get a better clarifications on this.

Thank u all and remain bless
