My spouse had H4 Visa interview on HYD on Oct18 and it is still showing Administrative Processing as of today and it almost a month. I just postponed air tickets. There is nothing I am getting additional update from USTraveldcs.com except VO will contact via email if anything needed.

Attorney applied that both waiver forms for my overstay on h4 visa...

221 White Slip London
Attended the interview on 6th November. The interview went well. but it seems, it already pre-decided that i would get the white slip with no documents required. i work as FTE in TOP 5 MNC. The visa officer was more focused on the work location which somehow was not present in the employment verification letter. More than a week, no updates yet. I am even not sure the visa officer understood if this was not a new H1B and more of extension based on i140. Please share your experience.

Hyderabad Consulate -221G white slip
Attended Visa interview on 11/05 Hyderabad consulate. VO asked basic questions and given white slip saying we need to complete back ground verification before approving your Visa.

Project & Cap Gap Clarification
I am on H1B with xxx employer with yyy client from 2017 to 2018 and then applied extension with same employer, same client and got approval from 2018 to 2021.
Unfortunately my project ended with yyy client on December 27, 2018. And I was on the bench and looking for the projects. My employer xxx paid two months Jan, feb on the bench and terminated my employment in end of feb month.
So I was in the cap gap period of 60 days and my pay role wasn't ran for March month and my previous yyy client called me back with effective date April 22nd 2019, with same xxx employer, same yyyclient, same role, same project on same H1B. And I am now on the on-going project with same yyy client.
Question:
Please let me know what can I exactly explain to visa officer about my job less period from January 1 to April 21?
My XXx employer has ran pay roll for two months(Jan, feb) and end of feb he sent an email saying your employment is been terminated due to not finding another project and I got another option in the gap period but in March month ending I got a phone call from my employer saying your position is confirmed with previous yyy client and again I signed the contract with xxx employer and yyy client.
Please can anyone let me know how can I explain my whole situation at visa officer???

Changing consulate after scheduling interview for stamping
Hi All, I've a question regarding rescheduling of visa stamping in India. I'm currently located on US, will visit India starting next month and I've scheduled my H1B visa stamping interview at New Delhi consulate this coming last week of December, but due to some urgencies at my work place I need to be back right after a Christmas break.
Can I reschedule to any other consulate in India, let say Kolkata coz I'm not getting any nearest available appointment slot at Delhi consulate. Will this cause any negative impact on my interview.

I gave my interview on 4rth of November and case updated yesterday on 13th November. usually next day the status goes to "approved". it hasn't for me. still it says administrative processing.

Hi, I gave interview on 11/13 for h1b. VO asked basic questions
My path f1-OPT-h1b
She did not request any documents and said she has some error in system which needs to be corrected from her end.
I asked how long it will take she said week to week and half and gave me 221g whiteslip
Anyone experienced the same. I have my flight on 28th and I'm starting to get worried
