My H1b is rejected in 2005 , after that I have not applied to USA.
Traveled some countries for official visit , japan, Uganda, Egypt, Singapore,Malaysia , Dubai and United Kingdom. Now in current company, working as project manager.
completed 1 years and 3 months. My current company interested to apply for L1 ,

1) What is chance to getting approval for L1?

VO asked some general questions and answered all. Vo haven’t asked for any documents during interview. At the end of interview VO said “your visa is issued”
No slips given to me.

Disclaimer- I am not a lawyer

Currently in the same boat and experiencing extreme delays with visa processing at the Mumbai Consulate even though I did not receive any slip at the end of the interview. After having to reschedule my flight twice, I experience the same frustration as others. I reached out to an immigration attorney in the US regarding this and here is a summary of what I received. Posting this in the hopes that others can get some information-
'Admin processing seems to be a new norm at consulates in India. Admin processing is the time period during which visa applications go through additional review outside normal visa processing times. Especially in India, they have chosen to take a closer look at anyone who has previously ever held an F1 status to see if status violations have occurred, but thats just one of the reasons. This processing may delay return by weeks, or in a few cases, months. If the officer is unable to determine from the records they have if any violations have occurred, it may push the case into processing while they sort it out. There is nothing that can be really done about this'.

My advice to anyone with H1B stamping thats planning a trip- Don't. Hold off for a bit if possible until they sort this out. I can only imagine this has created all sorts of backlog and that would only add further time. For those who are going through this- nothing to do but wait. Good Luck

Immigration / Port Of Entry
Hi I had port of entry at Abu Dhabi yesterday, Its was very quick and done.
But My passport was expiring 2020 November, and my H1b Visa was till 2022 May.

Officer said as your passport is expiring before your visa, I am giving it to you till that date.

I didn't understood this part, I asked officer what does that mean with my H1B ?

Officer said, once you renew your passport it gets updated.

I still didn't get it ? Do anyone know about this ? What do I need to do about it ?

F1>h1 administrative processing
my interview was on 11/07. F1>h1
VO asked me some basic questions like -
Do you have endclient, how long you are working with this client?, you started working with this client on opt or h1? Your visa was denied once is that correct( my f1 got denied once in 2015) ?, did you study in US and where?.
told me that 2-3 days of verification needed. Took my passport, Didn’t give any slip. Last updated 15th and its still admin processing. Anyone in same situation ?

H1-B Visa interview - Nov-15-2019 - white slip
Hello -

I had an H1-B Visa interview on Nov-15-2019, VO asked a few basic questions, Role/Employer/salary/work location /Fulltime or contract.

post-interview, VO took my passport and I did receive white slip.VO said my case should go through the Administrative process.( this slip was comparatively very small and there was no checkbox/information provided) I compared with regular white slips which will generally contain the whole list of options with checkboxes.

Should I consider this as a white slip? please suggest.

Thanks,
