Green Card for Parents(Adjustment of status)
Hello everyone,

I have applied for Adjustment of Status for my mother and here is my timeline also I have few questions at the end. I filed for I-130/I-485/I-765 concurrently. I am local to Portland OR.

I-485
Service Center: NBC with receipt starting with MSC
Application Receipt: Jan/15/2020
Fingerprint: Feb/17/2020
Request for Initial Evidence: March/03/2020
RFE Response Received: March/26/2020
I-693 Courtsey Letter(medical Exam): April/15/2020

The status still shows RFE response received.

I-130:
Service Center: NBC with receipt code MSC
Application received: Jan/15/2020

EAD/AP: Approved and Received on June/10/2020

My questions:

1) Does I-130 gets approved before the I-485 or they both are approved at the interview for parents? Does anyone have any experience on this?

2) Does USCIS wait for I-130 to be approved before scheduling for interview for I-485?

3) Does anyone have any experience with parents getting approved for either I-130/I-485 without interview?

4) Is parents green card process longer than spouse? and is there any difference between the two (Parents vs spouse)?

Thanks in advance.

2. What is the Category Type you will select for the I-765 Application, If you are currently on H-!b Visa,With I-140 Approved under EB2 Category.
3.What is the Total amount of Fees you owe to USCIS?Can it written in a single check.

Wife has no divorce certificate
Hello all.
My wife is an American citizen and we are in the process to send application for my green card. She was married for a couple of months in 2011 and it ended in annulment. She was very young at the time and she can't even remember the date of the marriage or the annulment. It was in NY state. We sent an inquiry to the local municipality to try to get a hold of the certificate of annulment but so far to no luck. My guess is that because of Covid-19 they are operating on a limited capacity and it might take very long for us to receive an answer. Meanwhile, we are really anxious to send the papers. Therefore my question is does anyone know what to do in this kind of case? Is there any other kind of paper we could provide? Again, we don't have her annulment certificate or the exact dates of previous marriage and divorce. Thank you.

Questions for Concurrent filing spouse green card
Hi ,

I am planning to file I130, i485, i765,i131,i864 concurrently.

I am going through the process and have a few of questions:

1. Do i need I-693 to file together with I-485 and other forms? Is that must?
2. For petitioner and benificiary, Do i need any notarized documents like passport copies, birth certificates, etc? Or sending photocopies self signed is fine?

DS-260 and passport requirement for my underage daughter from Philippines
I paid all fees leading to the filling out of the DS-260. Why is DS-260 asking for a passport number for my underage daughter when it was never issued yet, let alone, required us to get pictures? Can I put other travel document instead of a passport? I'm confused.

Did the application order change from 4 years ago? I remember having a passport number before DS-260 was required to be completed.
