EAD/AP SF/CA OFFICE
Hi,
I am wondering how long it’s taking SF fillers to get their EAD/AP?

Hi everyone!

Please help me(

So I applied for i 130 in July 2017 (based on marriage with US resident). It’s passed 2 years and 4 months but I have no news(. Did anyone apply for i 130 in July 2017?
I already have work authorization and social security, but no news about my Green Card. I just want to know how long I need to wait, I haven’t seen my family forever, please if anyone has experience tell me.

Thank You so much!

Expedite EAD
Hello Folks -

Hope everyone is doing great. I have applied for GC through marriage back in august 2019. I have the biometrics done in september 2019 and as of now the status says "Fingerprint review is complete".

I have a job offer now and trying to see what exactly i need to submit to expedite the EAD?
For financial hardships what exact documents are needed and is there a sample letter for it.

Appreciate any responses.

Thanks
