Family Based Greencard

I am a permanent resident. I filed i130 for my 38 years old son last month and got approved with priority date current march 2024 on the i130. He is currently visiting me in the US and he has a valid B2 visitor visa.
Can i now apply for i485 for my son including i765 ead card and i131 advance parole?
Or only allowed to file i485

My Father has filled the petion as US a US citizen for my sibling and now is married

Timeline of his application process:
Sep 2016: Filed the petition as Single, Over 21.
Mar 2019: He got married.
Oct 2020: His petition was approved.
Apr 2023: The National Visa Center (NVC) requested documents, including the Form DS-260.

Question: Currently, he wishes to update his status to married on the application, although his family does not intend to accompany him. He plans to sponsor them through a separate petition after obtaining his green card. I'm inquiring whether selecting 'No' for specific fields and maintaining this stance during the interview will allow him to retain his original priority date and category.

February 29, 2024 The Post Office picked up mail containing your new card.
February 26, 2024 We mailed your new card your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, directly to the address you gave us.
January 22, 2024 We approved your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence.
January 19, 2024 We ordered your new card.
November 14, 2021 We received your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence.

NO INTERVIEW , NO RFE.........Good luck to every

I recieved interview letter for my family based immigration letter , my income was not sufficient and my joint sponsor paper didn’t come on time, now i have recieved my Interview letter and when i am trying to add my joint sponsor in the system there is no option of adding the joint sponsorship there is no plus sign of adding under AOS i did try contacting ask nvc they didn’t help I already waited 3 yrs for this now i am panicking please suggest what can be doneeee

Hello, hope ya'all well.
So here's my situation.
I got married to a woman and it was all in good faith, we
filed for i-130 & i-485 two times before getting
divorced. The first time the case was denied by USCIS.
The interview was separate. After the first interview the
USCIS went on silent for 6 months, then they made a
home visit, and at that time they found both of us and
we were living with her parents. At the home visit they
asked her who signed the i-130 and told her if you did
we are going to take you to jail, so she lied about it and
told them no i didn't sign the i-130 and at the first
interview she lied about where we were living and made
up stories from nowhere. I didn't find out about all of
that until we received the denial letter, and they
explained what happened at the interview. I hired a
lawyer and the lawyer told us to re-file the case again
and fix the mistakes. So we did and went to another
interview. USCIS went on silent again for months. Then
my ex wife ended up cheating on me, which leads the
marriage to a divorce.
I got married again and filed for the j-130 and they told
us we believe you have a real marriage but we can't
approve your case until you are able to provid more
evidence about your previous marriage.
After 2 years i found out my ex wife had a PTSD and
hallucination. She gave me her medial record and
wrote me a letter about mine and her marriage and
explained why she lied to uscis about her signing the
i-130 and because of her PTSD and the way they talked
to her made her feel the way she did.
What are your thoughts about this and i am sorry this
was long.
About to refile again and provied her PTSD papers and
hallucination.

Is anyone know why it’s changed to this? I haven’t get any requests for biometric. Please let me know if you know

We have family based GC Since 2015 and I have applied for Renewal of GC (Form I 90) for my daughter in February 2023. I received a notice of acceptance with mentioning 2 year extension.I am waiting for her Finger Print appointment.Anyone has any experience how much time it will take for finger print appointment? In status it was showing that the process is slow at protomac centre and it delayed .
   If she wouldn’t receive her GC then what to do next?
