How I got my approval for my wife so early?
It was amazing, I did applied for my wife an I-130 and they send me an RFE twice, but I did response very quickly, and finally after 14 days they send me the approval.

It took me 1 year and half to get the approval, but the only thing I have to wait a long time to get a visa for my wife, anyway I was so happy...

Losing my family to immigration confusion
just a few days ago i had the worst experience in my life. I had been living in canada for the past year not knowing i was not supposed to be there that long until my family (my fience and our 6 mo old daughter) and i were moving to the states in which i am a citizen discovering the complications of my fience not being a citizen of the united states.
We were crossing the border in niagara at peace bridge with a u-haul truck (that we spent the last of our money to rent) full of all of our belongings...anyway to make a long horrible story short..my fience was not permitted in the states and i had a previous felony (20 years ago) so i could not return to canada. since the truck had all our belongings, my fiences father returned the truck and her to the home we had just left. I went on to Ohio where my birth family lives with only the clothes on my back, and i am not exaggerating. Now I have all this paperwork to fill out, i cant understand a word of it, each one of these applications cost at least or near \$200 each to file (there are 4 forms,1 for daughters dual citizenship and 3 for my fience). I need to be established here in the states now to be able to sponsor my fience a job a home a means to provide for her and this is only the start dont forget i have a 6 mo old daughter that i miss very much now and i more than likely won't see her again till i can get all this confusion taken care of. I need some serious help and it is important to keep in mind that after the experience with the border patrol that i have no money no clothes no home and no job all i have is the charity of my family here in ohio that raelly cant afford it. They are keeping me together morally and mentally. I know now that we should have done our homework before the move. i cant keep beating myself up over this. If anyone can help me, please do! thank you !

Waitting for my husnband from mexcio
My best wishes to every victim that has to go thru all this night mare of procedure and torture of Document Hunt.

In 1999 in October I met this mexican guy who was love at first sight. I just got out of a difficult divorce one child and had decided never again to remarried.. well Love can be a roller coaster of emotional situation. Before I knew it In 2000 he was waitng for his birth certificate from mexico which never came in time to file some opportunity for workers to apply for their papers. well in june I learn i was pregnant, in dec our daught was born 2001. We were just talking about getting married when i became pregnant again, well marriage was in the way,, and our love was just like a fairy tale.. i was scare. The lawyers advice us that because he came in the us illegal to go back volunteerly to mexico and start processing all the paper from there. So we waited for our son to be born and 3 weeks later we departed from each other, he left to mexico, I left March 24 2004 to Puerto Rico with thekids.. and Only God know what a mother goes thru with two small children at the same time.. it has been a night mare plus work... and be alone has ben really hard, I have a one year old and a three year old addh. so just imagine..
He has been in mexico receing my mail and many calls.. Well slowly but ins letter kept coming in about every forty five days sent this fee bill send this paper send this affadavit send in visa fee ect, finally in June 2005 it was his interview and he got told he need a pardon letter that cost 335, plus finger print fees and now we still have to wait 2-4 month to find outweather he is pardon or what... it has been very trying.. I makes you not waoder any more why people just do not try to do the legal papers firts they will turn old before you get finish... I am watting desperately for my husband.. I wait in fear, Anything could change he can fall in love. get tire of waiting or just simply get give up.. I know he loves me and the kids very much.. but I the thought of giving up has cross my mind here and then, it lone3ly and very hard with three kids... But every one keeps telling me to be patients... I want my husband home now... very sad here.. I regret very much letting him go.. I have need his help so much with the kids and work... Some times I think we were bether of together and maybe not legal but separate and trying to do thing right,, Have been very hard, I hope to god that they approve it sooner.. if you want to talk e-amil me.. I need some one to talk to..

Please do not deal with WWICS. Their fees is very high but their service stinks. I had one of the worst experiences of my life with them. Trust me you dont want to have anything to do with them. I was anxious about applying for a greencard and was looking for well established company who have done the greencard process so many times that it had become a routine process for them. They messed it up so many times that INS returned my papers many times. When I asked them apply for my advance parole they delayed and dragged their leg on it and sent it to wrong center that I could not go to India for my own wedding.

Where to Start??got married in april 2001,sent papers to INS Charlotte July 2001, received EAD oct 2001, then started the nightmare. In july 2002 just pay a visit to INS office just to check on my case.imagine my surprise to hear that my case was denied June 2002. Why? did not show up for interview (really). Officer pullout my file and showed me 3 letters (interview and denial notices) returned to them for wrong address..funny since I never moved.Show prove of current address as well as filling address in file. Office realize They were wrong, but still they had me pay $110 for motion to reopen. Nov 2002 still no decision on motion; had to move to Alabama for school in Dec 2002. Went to congressman in Alabama february 2003 to find out about case..learned that file moved to Atlanta since address changed (what a mistake..ATL my nightmare continues). Congressman push and finally received a letter for interview in Sept 2003..get there, just five minutes questions..then officer said can't find my birth certificate anymore (whaooo..just like that)and need new lease documents..does not want to look at pictures..ok then. Officer wrote in my passport "Interview on I485 A#..., IR6. Adjustement applicant" and her name..she gave me a yellow envellope with the word "continued A# ".
INS ATLANTA received the additional papers they ask for OCT 23, 2003. After that it was complete silence until I decided to go to them in August 2004..At that time they send me to the ON DUTY immigration officer who openned the letter that I send last Oct 2003 while I was there (after almost a year), brieffly look at it and said He did not handle my case and does not have time to go through it (yep)..he stepped out, came back and told me that the lady who interviewed me said that she will send my birth certificate to a forensic lab for verification..I was in such a disbelieve that I almost cry. I quickly went back over my life in the US (Enginnering school, marriage,Graduation, work) and I could not understand..Where did I go wrong to deserve all these..I have worked so hard and continue to do so since I came here, that I tough that will count for something. Instead I felt like I'm being treated like a criminal when I though I deserved maybe a small chance to better my life.
we are Oct 27, 2004 and I have give up on the becoming a permanent resident. I had put a hold on buying a house and that has impacted my marriage. But my understanding is that I may have to leave with my family, but my wife won't considere that as an option. May God help us.
