Hi guys
I would like to know something before marriage.
First time i came USA was in 2003 for my brother's marriage with visa which it was for 18 days. Then i got B1/B2 visa in 2009, Then at that time I was divorced so every winter i started come to the USA to stay for 3 or 6 mounts which I received at entry. Before I returned home I met someone who I developed a great friendship with- she was in the process of ending a long marriage and wanted to get away to find some kind of peace in her head after finding out her husband had been cheating on her for some. I told her she was welcome to my country to stay with me and my family- which she did do- since she had lost so many friends after her divorce. When she returned to the USA, I decided to as well, because my brother lives in the USA and my brother lives in the USA and I am close to him and his family. Over time I have grown closer to this woman and when she told me that her divorce was final I realized that we needed each other and I wanted us to marry. She said "YES"- I have a return ticket this month but my visa to stay is til March 12. Now we will go to the court house to get married- but I/we are wondering what forms I need to fill so that I can stay and be able to work here- since we are both still relatively young and will need to- we saw the financial sponsor affidavit but she can't do that since she is struggling financially- only if my brother is a co-sponsor, plus he is a US citizen and he is working.
Questions
1. What kind a forms i need to fill? Especially regarding for the sponsor and working permit?
2. Will we have any problem about meeting each other from the past even though we just decided to get married?
3. Can they deport me after marrying?
4. I need to work- so what do I do so I can work legally-??? Its all so confusing-
Thank you so much ...
