Package Sent : Dec. 7, 16
Delivered on: Dec. 8, 16
PD: Dec. 12, 16
Receipt Notice from USCIS: Dec. 18, 16
Bio appointment: Jan.18
Never heard any updates ever since.
My case is handled by MSC.
Right now, I am so desperately want to get my EAD.
Also, we have already booked our honeymoon trip to Europe in July, but based on the timeline now, I am not quite sure whether we would able to go...

2016/12/16 - Concurrent Filing sent to USCIS Chicago via USPS Mail (day 0)
2016/12/19 - USPS Certified Tracking indicates delivery to USCIS
2016/12/26 - USCIS Receipt Numbers via SMS and E-mail
2016/12/27 - USCIS Notices of Receipt for each application received via USPS Mail
2017/01/04 - USCIS Notice of Biometrics Appointment received via USPS Mail
2017/01/13 – Request for Initial Evidence. Evidence of the petitioner/sponsor’s current income requested.

Mine was file early November and I'm still waiting for interview appointment though my update shows my case is ready to be scheduled for interview and even a friend that filed since early September is still waiting for interview appointment. But be hopeful because July will be over 6months for your case since you filed in December.

i received my documents back for wrong fees. corrected the fees and sent back everything on Feb 13. not heard anything so far. can somebody tell me what the next steps are? my application is for adjustment of status and EAD. should i be receiving a acknowledgement letter? or biometrics appointment for EAD? psl psl help

Originally posted by GC_ View PostThe next steps after sending the packet: If you filled out and sent G-1145 you will receive an email/text message that your application has been accepted (took me about a week to get it, it may take more from what ive seen from others). You will then receive the acceptances of your application through the mail (I-797 notices). After this you will receive your biometrics letter through the mail, once you have this notice you can do a walk in if you want to speed it up, no need to go the date specified on the I-797. Hope this helps

I just want to share my frustrations, anxiety and despair to have news about the next step "The Interview". We all know that USCIS is flooded with requests and requests from all the people with fear that is trying to solve their situation. Let's stay positive!
