I-485/i-765
Hi everyone, can someone enlighten me on the colors of the hard copies of RFE's.
I got a yellow one last year in October and a pick one in May. Do they really mean anything?

Now i am getting worried because I sent my medical in with my applications and if they dont change my status soon I will have to pay another $300 to get another medical AND re-new my AP and EAD.
Other filers from September have already had interviews or at least had case status changed to sceduled. If i have been sent an RFE I dont know because my status hasnt updated!!

They want to see as many documents as you may have from the date of marriage to the time when you file the I-751. They don't want to see gaps. They want all bank statements, all credit card statements, all of everything. That's a sure way of getting the I-751 interview waived.
You want to check if each one of the accounts you have makes online statements available for the past 24 months. Why? That way, you won't have any gaps. You do want to check now and not wait until it's time to file; only to realize that you only have access to 1 year worth of statements. Again, just unsolicited advice. A I-751 package that secures an interview waiver, takes a long time to put together. That's all.
The only thing that my husband and I can show jointly together from the time we got married is a gas bill. We married in June 2017 and filed for AOS in Feb 2018. We tried the bank account but they wanted two piece of picture identification for me. I only have my passport. We decided that we will just wait for the EAD and do everything else as it gets stressful to deal with.
But I will go and add him to my bank account with PNC next week instead as we just found out that they are not as strict as his bank. My account has no cash activity as I?m not working due to lack of EAD that?s why I wanted to be added onto his.
And also my husband is bad at managing money so it is ok if I open a separate account on my own and keep the joint account to show activity for him and I. We wanted to keep our finances as separate as possible as I have a son and he has children but use joint account for just bill payments. Will just be ok for immigration?

Two pieces of unsolicited advice:
- Please start collecting evidence for your I-751 Removal of conditions. Instructions state "Submit copies of as many documents as you can to demonstrate the circumstances of the relationship from the date of the marriage to the present date".
- Do not delay applying for naturalization at the 3 year minus 90 days mark. It will speed up processing of your I-751.
Best of luck!

I also dont have travel document. I applied for i131 when I was sending my package. Am I missing receipt for i131 and i864? I also sent 2 checks $1225 and $535. Please help me about this.
