August 16: Status updated to new card is being produced.

BTW no single document was asked from me. I had 2 folders for original document, and 1 folder for copies. The few questions the officer asked us was how long we have been married, where did we meet, and if my step daughter was living with us. We spent about 10 - 15 minutes at his office. He gave us a copy of the instructions on how to remove conditions prior 90 days to the expiry of 2 year conditional permanent resident card. He also said the card should be in the mail within 2 week. Glory be to God
    Update:
20 August: Approval in the mail for i485 and i130
21 August: Case status update to card mailed

    Please I need your help!
Your I-693 did not expire on 08-23-2018. It actually expired one year after USCIS received it. Keep in mind, priority date and "received date" are not the same. My priority date is 03-16-18 and received date is 03-27-18.

So assuming the same 7 business days between PD and received date. I am going to guesstimate your received date is 08-30-17. You can check that on your I-130's received date. I should show on the egov account.

So my best guesstimate is that it actually expires on 08-30-18. Since your interview is scheduled after that date, your I-693 will not be valid on the date the ISO opens it. I don't see a work around here. I did not find one when I looked online. I would just go to the same doctor, use your insurance and ask them to bill you for a yearly physical. It should be covered.

Now if on the date of the interview you are close to your 2nd year marriage anniversary - within 90 days of your 2nd year anniversary. I would just go to the Interview, and just let the ISO realize that the I-693 is expired. They will issue a RFE and you will have 90 days to respond to it. I would bring it to the field office and deposit it in the drop box on the date of your 2nd year anniversary. That way you can secure your 10 year card - if the case is adjudicated in your favor. Most applications are approved.

    Processing time in Atlanta Office

Any Atlanta applicant got interview call?

I need a suggestion about address change!

I moved to Detroit because of job (German automotive experience brought me to Detroit ) but my wife is gonna move in December here from Atlanta as she is pregnant. I am travelling back to Atlanta after 2 weeks. So I haven't changed my address as my wife is still there. I got my EAD in January 12th, 2018. Since AOS interview is taking more time so I am going to file Renewal application for EAD. So do I go for address change first then send EAD renewal or stick to my Atlanta address? Change of Address would cause any delay in process time?

What time is better to send renewal application? I am thinking to send right after labor day.

My PD is September 19th, 2017 and got RFIE. Online status hasn't been changed since October 26th, 2017 that they had received response of RFIE.

    Thanks!!

    Nothing since...

Looks like the processing times have increased at our local field office also, santa ana, ca.

    This is really getting depressing.
went to field office a week ago to follow up if they had any information on our case and they basically told us to keep waiting, case processing times have increased to 11-23.5 months.

We never filed for the EAD and travel permit so going to do that now....

Any other NYC fillers here? What's the average waiting time for this field office?
    Hi
    I am a NYC filer
    PD: 09/17/2017
    EAD: same as yours

The wait for NYC is 12.5-24 months, I heard that there is a unusual backlog because of something?s about citizenship, but they will change their focus soon.
    This wait is so stressful.
