February 2018 submission- i-130, i-485, i-765 - concurrent filing

Quick Update:

My husband and I did not apply for AP with the EAD (I know, I know, but we didn't realize we could just make up dates and we didn't have set travel plans yet). We applied for it WAY later, as in 6 months after.

Here is our timeline:

Feb 20: Packet arrived (I-130/I-485/I-765)
April 4: We have finished reviewing your biometrics and are still processing your case
May 4: EAD approved
June 26: Application for Advance Parole arrived (I-131)
Aug 9: Advance Parole approved

We have been SO lucky with EAD and AP (although we did an expedite on the EAD), but not even in the 'ready to be scheduled' phase. I am crossing my fingers that we will move to the next stage by end of September.

Brooklyn. That sounds ridiculous. Two years to get a green card? None of my colleagues went through that in New York City. We will move to the West Coast soon. Will that delay things further? Because we might have to move twice within the next twelve months.

Congrats! What?s your timeline and what city did you file from? What was your filing status?

San Diego, CA. L1 work, marriage to USC.
PD: 02/20/2018
03/21/2018: Biometrics complete.
04/18/2018: Error started online, was told case is ready to schedule interview.
06/29/2018: EAD approval and start date.
08/02/2018: USCIS site works, interview is scheduled update.

Many other infopass, online SRs, phone calls. Multiple lies told by USCIS they working on cases for October 2016 cases, we just cleared the name last week blah blah blah.

Only truth USCIS has is?case is ready to schedule interview?. Then infopass/SR to ask if case at field office, then interview within 3 months from that time. Everything is just random bullshit otherwise.

Yesterday I-765 processing date was maximum 6.5 month and date January 26th, had 5 more days till our PD date, today it is now 7 months and date changed back to January 16th, will never be able to submit SR!!!

I would reach out to your Senator. I would also go on the case tracker phone app and look up batches of receipts with a priority date past your priority date. Say 03-01-18 and show them how many of those have been approved. They clearly skipped you. It may take some printing and footwork on your end, but you can show your case is just sitting around somewhere.
