        • I got approved on the spot Dec 2, field office San Bernardino. The interview did not take long, maybe 15 mins. Then today it shows my card was mailed. Hopefully I can get it in few days.
so total time is just slightly over 6 months for me (much quicker than I had planned as a year). Good luck everyone.

          • Had my interview today. Originally applied in San Fransisco but the interview was held at the San Jose office.

Interview went well, the IO was a very nice lady and it felt more like a chat where she is validating the info in the application than anything else. We went through the I-485 forms and she confirmed and checked off items like name, last time arrived in US, first time ever to come to US and we went through all the security questions verbally.

            Was asked to provide:
            - EVL
            - Paystubs 2019
            - EAD card copy
            - 2018 taxreturn

About 1h after the interview ended my status was updated to "New card is being produced".

            11/01/2018: PD
Employment based EB3 ROW San Fransisco

05/10: Mailed form I-140 (premium processing)
            05/22: I-140 approved
            05/30: Mailed I-485 and I-765
05/31: Receipt date National Benefit Center for both I-485 and I-765 (MSC...)
            06/25: Fingerprint fee accepted I-485 and I-765
07/12: Biometrics appointment notice letter received
07/26: Biometrics appointment done (never updated online)
09/11: I-765 updated online from "Case was Received" to "New Card Is Being Produced"
            09/18: EAD in hand
09/23: I-485 "Case is Ready to Be Scheduled for An Interview"
            11/05: I-485 "Interview was scheduled"

                        - 1 personal letter to USCIS explaining why I am requesting the expedited service. Loss of income, inability to financially support my wife to the standard I am accustomed, loss of business while duly obeying the laws of the United States by waiting for permission to work etc.
                        - 5 letters of support from clients awaiting my services.
                        - 1 letter of support from marriage counsellor confirming the stress and emotional toil the inability to work has put on our marriage.

Best of luck to you. Thank you everyone on the forum for sharing your journey, it made the world of difference to ours and certainly helped speed the process up and allowed us a smooth interview process and approval.

                          • Hi everyone!
I also filed in May 2019, we were in Texas at the time. We have since moved to Boston and filed the change of address, which was approved very quickly.

                            May 31, 2019: all forms received (I-485, I-765, etc)
June 28, 2019: fingerprints applied to the case after biometrics
September 11, 2019: change of address approved

And that's it. We haven't heard anything. All of our receipts start with MSC so they're at the National Benefits Office. I am slowly going insane. I know someone who applied way after us and already has the green card. What's going on? We have a pretty straight forward case, married for the first time. Dating for 3 years, live together, etc.
                            Please help.
