6/5/2019 - Received 3 NOA from NSC
6/6/2019 - 140 Approved
6/28/2019 - Received Biometrics notice for 485 and 765
7/1/2019 - Walk-in Biometrics appointment completed
7/9/2019 - Case being transferred to NBC
10/3/2019 - Combo Card (EAD & AP) approved
1/23/2020 - Interview scheduled
3/12/2020 - Interview date
3/13/2020 - 485 approved and card being produced -
Hi All,
Just found out about this forum yesterday.
I filed from New York in June 2019, I got receipt it was received via text message. Apparently they sent my receipt to the wrong address but I called them and noticed they had the wrong address and it was corrected.
I received mail for Initial Evidence on my I-485 August 14th 2019 saying my husband is not making enough, we need a co-sponsor. We responded back with all the documents again minus co-sponsor.
They updated on September 11th, saying it was received.
October 22nd, fingerprint review was completed and since then I haven’t heard from them.
PLEASE what should I do? I need Help.

I got a FP redo letter in mail and did them today.
now its just a waiting game.

Hey Everyone,
I have been following this forum ever since I got married. I married an F1 Visa holder in 2018 who was staying here under extended OPT. We both work in different states. So, here is our timeline for my wife’s Green Card.- October 16th,2018 – Mailed I 130 only, since I was still on a Green Card.
- October 23rd,2018 – Received the Receipt Notice.
- April 2019 – I got my Citizenship
- April 2019 – Upgraded the I130 Application since I got my US citizenship.
- May 18th, 2019 – Mailed I485, I765 and I131 concurrently.
- June 25th, 2019 – Fingerprint was given
- May 25th,2019 – Received the Receipt Notices
- August 9th, 2019 – Received notification that case was transferred and new office and new has Jurisdiction
- January 9th, 2020 – Ready to schedule an interview.
- January 15th, 2020 – Received interview notice for Interview on Feb 20th, 2019 in Holtsville, NY
- January 24th, 2020 – I765 and I131 were approved
- January 30th, 2020 – Received EAD card.
- February 20th, 2020 – We attended the interview and she was approved for a conditional green card. Since we have been married for less than 2 years.
- February 25th, 2020 – Received the approval notices for I130 and I485.
- February 27th, 2020 – Received the Green Card.
