    I-485, I-765, I-131, I- 130 filed
    mailed with usps
05/15/2019: AOS application received by USCIS (NSC)
    NoA was dated 05/20/2019.
My NOA shows NBC ( Lee's summit, Mo) on the bottom of the page. I filed from California.

Today is 07/08/2019 I still havent got Biometrics appointment yet.
Guys is this normal or should I be worried.
I looked up my case on the usics web as it still has just Fingerprint fee received on it.

Pls is anyone going through thesame thing?
pls guys help shed more light.

I would definitely give USCIS a call at this point and request to talk to a T2 officer to check whether an appointment was scheduled for you. There's a chance the letter's gone missing on the way.

I am also waiting for my biometrics appointment and have been since May 21, 2019 when I got a text message saying that they received my case. I called USCIS this week because it’s been 1,5 months and got this respond in an email today:

“Your case is still in the preliminary stages of the Adjustment of Status process. We have researched your case and have found that it is still going through the normal procedures. Ensure that your addresses remains up-to-date and you will hear from USCIS in due time.”

Not very helpful but at least I haven’t missed anything.

I actually did call them as you advised. The officer was really nice over the phone. She checked my application after giving her my allien no and receipt no and said she sees nothing wrong with my application. Infact she is surprised I havent gotten my biometrics yet. She raised a Service Request and asked me to call back if I don't get my biometrics appointment within 30days.

              Hi Everyone.

Been just a reader for quite long. My process is in the limbo actually. USCIS received all my AOS package (I-130, I-485, I765) with all proof, medicals, sponsors, bona fide etc on may 24 2019 from Long Island, NY, and I received confirmation numbers around a week after, and that's all so far. No biometrics, no new updates. just that they received and are processing. My lawyer says just to keep waiting. All cases so far are at the NBC. I would like to get your opinion. This wait is driving me nuts. Have a good one.

Same here! Been waiting for a biometrics appointment since May 21. Think a lot of us are the same boat. NBC must be backed up or something.

I was just gonna say that it seems like they might very well be backed up... keep on being positive and I hope you guys will hear back for biometrics some time this month.

Same too, sent in application May15. PD is May 17 and it has been 65 days with no biometrics appointment. Made online inquiry and got a letter saying appointment has not been scheduled. Seems there's backlog.

Hi Guys Is this normal? Just a little update.

I made a service request few weeks ago about my biometrics, then I got a mail today about a courtesy letter stating the reason for doing my medicals 60days before I filed, and I should bring the medical evidence requested to the interview.

Guys is this normal as I havent even done biometrics yet. Wouldn't this put my application on hold for a long time?

Does anybody have a clue what's going on?

I have read that sometimes when something is missing or wrong, they send letters or RFE even before biometrics.

You did the medical exam more than 60 days before submitting I-485? That's what I understand and that medical is not valid, you need to do a new one and bring it to your interview.

Receiving a courtesy letter doesn't mean that your interview is near. It could be, but I have read people that the interview is many months after the courtesy letter.

                              Hello folks PD: May 17
                              Application filed: I-130, I-485, I-765. Concurrent filing.
Never received a biometrics appointment. Got a request for initial evidence on July 24. Was about tax Document for my joint sponsor. Thing is he has not filed for the current year but has an approved extension. I turned in his 2016 and 2017 tax returns with paystubs for the current months of this year and they still demanded to see hbd current tax return. Should i send them his W2 for 2018 showing his earnings together with current paystubs of 2019 and the approved extension document from IRS?

                                An update on my case.

                                Pd May 15
SR raised on July 12 for Biometrics
                                July 25 Courtesy letter received
                                but still no Biometrics appointment
Then today I recieved this in the mail

Our records indicate that we are awaiting your appearance for biometric processing. Your case is currently in suspense or on hold until we receive your biometrics. Your application information has been entered into the system which schedules applicants for biometrics at their local ASC. Once you have been scheduled, you will receive an ASC Appointment Notice containing the date, time and location of your appointment. You must take the ASC Appointment Notice and photo ID to your appointment.

Does it mean I am getting my biometrics appointment soon.
                                Anyone with similar experience?
