Thanks everyone for your comments. I actually went there and there was a document that they didn't want to keep and the gave it back to me and that was the whole thing. The officer said they do not have a mail service and that's why they sent a notice to me.

Liwanj : it's so different, every case, right? I tried expedite EAD-got denied, and had to make 2 case inquiries for being outside normal processing time, until I finally got my EAD in mid March after they cancelled my interview (30th),just a few days after the shutdown happened. So,now it's my second appointment- fingers crossed!

I received an RFE for medical exam in June and also also got a confirmation from USCIS that they received the document on June 25, 2020. I still have not heard anything from them since then. I'm applying for an EB1-C green card. My priority date became current in May, 2020. Local field office is Chicago.
Anybody here on the same boat boat as I am? Any prediction on when our interview will be scheduled or if there's a chance for it to be waived?

BlueRedKid yours is employment based,so it's possible that they're going to wave the interview- it happened to a lot of employment based greencards.Fingers crossed!

Had my interview yesterday - this was my experience
Approved on the spot!
I received my interview letter on July 13, just 3 days after I got a notification that it had been scheduled and after it was cancel on March 17 due to COVID it was originally supposed to be March 18. I also received a letter a few days later directly from my field office with the guidelines on their new check in for interviews.
My interview was for August, 3rd at 11am. We arrived to the field office about 10:25, we didn’t want to be late even though the paper said not to arrived more than 15 minutes before interview. We waited on our car until 18~ minutes before 11am and call the number to let them know we were outside. We waited until around 11:25 for them to call us back, answer a few question regarding covid, went through security and our interviewer was waiting for us in the lobby.
He greeted us and we were the only ones in the waiting area besides some people gettin finger print, we walked into his office and he already had our file. He started by asking to see if we had more documents to submit, I had prepared a huge file with things we’ve been doing since we sent original application and things we’ve gotten from bank and bills. He comment that he was already satisfied with the evidence I had initially submitted! He still look through the folder and choose a few things to take. I also gave him my medical I didn’t submit with original application, a photo album, both of our passports, and he asked for our drivers licenses as well.
I had recently renew my passport so my last entry into the USA on AP with DACA was still on my old one and he ask for it, good thing I had it with me!
We were sworn in and the questions began, he ask my husband for my full name, my place of birth, both of my parents names and if he’s met them before . He asked him how we’ve met and how we started dating, and if we had any plans to travel abroad soon, which we do! But told him covid might keep us here lol. We ask a few other question about me to husband regarding where I live (same address as him), he then moved on to I-485, he asked me for my husbands full name, date of birth, address and his parents name, my social number, ask what my husband does for work and where and how long he’s been there for.
Then he proceeded with the yes/no questions, I was worry because I did enter WOI when I was a child and worked without authorization before daca was announced. I was very honest and he told me none of that would be a problem.
After all of that he told us what to expect and told us he will be recommending us for approval depending on the results of my medical that I’ve just given him, the interview took about 30 minutes and he interviewer was very nice but professional.
We walked out, drove to get get something to eat and about 30 minutes after the interview was done I check my status online and my card is being produced!
