They've issued an 10 year old cards.

nayward Congratulations. I received NOID on my i-130 today from chicago field office. We did not frontload the documents for i-130. Notice reads that we did not submit enough evidence to prove that we are living together and we have commingling finances. We have 30 days to respond.

Darg!!! Hop on that real fast and send them everything they could ask for.

Update: your case is approved!

My timeline looks like this:

Case submitted EB2 ROW NIW: 7/28/19
Biometrics: 9/5/19
EAD received: 11/10/19
RTS 11/18/19
Interview Scheduled: 2/18/20
Interview Date 3/24/20 (cancelled on 3/18/20)
New card is being produced: 4/10/20
Case is approved:4/13/20

Now just need to get the actual letters and plastic...hopes for the best - and best of luck to everybody! I'll update how it goes

No, my interview was scheduled for 24 of March, but for cancelled on 17 due to USCIS closure. They've also sent me the cancellation notice about the interview.

And now, without having the interview, they just slapped this status on my case. I hear y that they are waiving interviews now not to create even longer backlog.

Hope that's exactly my case.

My interview was April 7. They canceled it. But today I checked my status they approved without interview. I think they are waiving interviews due to pandemic. They will send me approval notice soon.

We filed our response to NOID 10 days ago. Online Status on my I-130 has been updated to Approved today. No update on the interview though.

So,now employees of uscis got notified, that ~13000 will be furloughed by August 3rd, if there's no funding from Congress- that is really not helpful with the already huge backlog

hey Guys, is anyone getting approved for green card? I am still waiting for approval, my case shows name was updated, they need my medical which I sent them a month ago and no update yet, I filed in late june. I am an immidate family relative, Daughter has filed for me.

Nope,nothing since they cancelled my interview mid march,2 weeks before it should've taken place.Still waiting for a new interview date
