Congratulations americandreamer, once you receive the letter tell us the date, i am assuming it would be 1st week of November.

no new update from me, still ready to be scheduled. guess i have to wait another 3 - 4 months.

Been lurking here for a while and just wanted to share my progress with everyone.
I applied Queens NYC. Currently it has been pretty fast.

July 8, 2019 Case Was Received
July 8, 2019 Fingerprint Fee Was Received
August 6, 2019 Fingerprint Review Was Completed
September 4, 2019 RFE Was Mailed
September 24, 2019 RFE Was Received
October 1, 2019 Case Is Ready To Be Scheduled For An Interview...

sf2019july and Ires hey you two, unfortunately we are in the busiest offices so there's nothing we can do but wait. Feels bad sometimes cause others like hope&patience or americandreamer filed with us and their journey will be complete while we will still be waiting.

But then again that's how it works

I'm more concerned about the EAD though, last assumption was early December but now i have no clue if they gonna delay it further or not.

True! Patience is the way for the busiest field offices. Regarding EAD, I saw the case number next to mine who filed on July 25 at NBC got the EAD delivered yesterday. They did a change of address two weeks back. Maybe that's why the case got picked for processing. As per the current NBC processing time of 4.5 to 6.5 months, the estimate for EAD might be December or January.

Or maybe that person did file an Expedite? its been what 90 days only, no way NBC would issue EAD this early when they have such a backlog.

hope&patience , Stormlead86 , Nu B Thank y'all. Sorry i have been busy prepping for interview and working on getting my medical done in time anyways guys I received the notice for interview last Thursday and my interview date is Nov 6th at Milwaukee field offfice. Wish me some good luck folks.
