Yes, we got the letter. Back in 2009, my husband put on I-9 he was a citizen. This is the biggest offense one can make. We are talking to a lawyer tomorrow, but unless Biden’s administration reverses or eases up on this, there’s not much hope.Originally posted by bklyn_applicant View Post

How did they find out? Did your husband indicated that he once claimed to be a US Citizen on the I- 485 ? ThanksComment

2/5/2020 RFIE received at USCIS
2/14/20 Received I 693 courtesy letter
2/14/20 ready to be scheduled intervw
