Spouse had biometrics today, case status for I-485 is already updated to “Fingerprint Review was Completed!”

Hope everyone had a great holiday this week! I spoke to a Tier 2 officer on Friday who said our biometrics still has not been scheduled. He was super nice and assured me that everything looks fine with our case and that sometimes these delays can happen. Our service request is supposed to be resolved by 12/7, so hopefully we’ll know more by then, otherwise he said to call back and ask to speak with another Tier 2.US Citizen filing on behalf of my spouse

Biometrics done today. Funny thing they only scanned my right index and middle finger and said they found my prints in the system from over 2yrs ago. My photo and signature was taken. I was done in and out in less than 10 mins. God is indeed great.

Omg, me too!! Case status updated today to Request for Initial Evidence sent. I just went through our package and nothing appears to be missing, but I’ve also read this happens all the time if forms get misplaced etc. I’m very happy there’s some movement on both of our cases!Originally posted by sohi429 View Post
