Does anyone else have so much anxiety with waiting? My bio was almost a week ago and I’m already stressing out. I’m going to phone USCIS on Monday and see about expediting (due to job offer)

british_guy I just got my expedite approved. Make sure to ask for a tier 2 officer, and call them by 11 AM Eastern time, they close the lines early. Once you get connected you will be put in que for a call back. It is usually between 300-500 minutes, which is intense. But I am sure if you have a job offer you can expedite. What kind of job is it?________________________________________

Hi guys, I am filing for I-130 and I-485 concurrent to switch M-1 - Green card with my spouse (PR) as petitioner. I just got a mail from USCIS asking for her citizenship proof. But we filed for PR petitioning spouse. We don't even know what to send them now. Any one has this before?

Quick update: talked to Level 1 today at USCIS and our biometrics still has not been scheduled. She said there is a target date of 11/30 for them to issue the appointment. Also said there is nothing wrong other than some ASCs are really behind, so rest easy those of us who are still waiting. It will happen soon!US Citizen filing on behalf of my spouse

RE: Expediting I-765
I called USCIS (800-375-5283) at 9:00 and went through all the options it gave me on the automated system, eventually I got to speak to a real person after about 5 minutes on hold.
She told me and I wrote down her officer number and name, and then she asked me a few questions to confirm who I was: alien or receipt number, full name, address, phone number.
What was my reason for calling?
I said job offer and financial loss. She told me that I would receive a response (hopefully) within 5 days but could be longer — and not to worry if it was longer. Someone from the NBC will contact me.
They will most likely need documentation / evidence to prove financial loss / job offer.
Finally, she sent the request and gave me a confirmation number.

Thats great news! I've actually called them myself and had a slightly different experience LOL So I spoke to the representative, she was asking for my basic information to confirm that I was the petitioner. I am sorry to say this, she was basically useless in terms of providing me any information in regards to the biometrics appointment notice missing or not being sent, saying she doesn't know. All she said, I'll take that down this information and send it somewhere and you'll receive a response within 30 days, mind you that doesn't mean I will receive the biometrics notice but I'll have more clarity about the situation. Of course that wasn't good enough for me so I requested to speak to a 2nd Tier officer and after a short wait I was transferred supposedly to them and it was an automated message saying I'll receive a call back from them in 300 mins, basically 5 hours from now. I'll keep you guys posted but I'm not gonna lie I don't like thisUS Citizen filing on behalf of my spouse
