If you’re approved on the spot, you don’t need to worry about getting an EAD, you’ll get a green card in about a week.

Nothing since RFIE response received by USCIS on Dec 11, 2019. I was under the impression that the Concurrent F2A was similar to IR1 but it seems like they come under different timelines.

It’s different line like parents, based employment application EB1, EB2, or EB3.

                  • Congrats to everyone on their progress!!! I have been busy trying to collect all evidence to reply for my RFIE but I think we got this!
We are going to send w 2s and IRS generated tax return transcript for the part where they ask us w2.
Also, they said that we don't meet the poverty guideline, but that might be because we messed up with household size. So of course, we are going to fix that in the form, and send an employment letter and hubb's paystubs. Should we make a special note to USCIS stating that we do meet the guidelines?
For my birth certificate, I just ordered a translation online to a page where they know USCIS format, so there's that.
In addition, we are going to include table of contents for the RFIE and the original letter in the front.
                    What do you guys think?

                    • Many people has 'EAD card producing' in I-765 status before their I-485 case is ready to be scheduled for an interview. Does anyone know how they make the case ready for interview before approving EAD?

Hello, we were told by our attorney before we submitted the AOS package that for whatever reason lately under this administration is making the EAD issuance slower than the actual I-485 interview. She also said that it was because there are different service centers responsible for EAD/AP so I guess it all depends on work load.

It sucks.... you would of think that having your EAD/AP would ease your waiting time.
