Nope! Our case is moving since we did get an RFIE. Another October filer with the exact same timeline as us (who also got an RFIE) is also still waiting on biometrics. They talked to a tier 2 who explained that if it’s this late, it usually means they already have sufficient biometrics for our cases or they would have sent the appt notice either with or before the RFIE. Just got the yellow courtesy letter today for I-693 (medical) dated Dec. 28, '19. ^_^
Hope next is appointment for interview letter. Feel happy that even my case doesnt get any update when i check my case status online/no email or text either, at least its moving well and i get all the love letters in the mailbox ^_^

I have a letter in my informed delivery app from uscis. Might be courtesy letter for medical. Will update once I know for sure. Another point to note is, I Called USCIS helpline last week asking if there was any updates, or if anything was mailed out to me etc. Tier 1 rep said no. If you need real time info please request a tier 2. Tier 1 seems to only see the same info we’re able to see from our side. Have a wonderful day, God bless.Marriage AOS (from tourist visa)

Yes I checked the informed delivery app. That’s where I saw the picture. I have the case tracker app and all those and there’s no update about any RFE so I’m almost positive the letter is not for anything extra that they need.
