I just got out. I think it was fine. She said she was going to recommended us for approval today and gave us the paper for removal of condition. We'll see though. I'm not letting myself get too hopeful until I see the text saying that it was approved

Also, she didn't give us the chance to show all the evidence we had. We were just allowed to show a few things.

am watching timelines & I seriously wish I lived in another state. NJ is terrible. I have seen ppl who filed with/after me from other states get their EADs. Idk why am still waiting other than hearing this particular FO is highly disorganized it’s disheartening to see progress but it’s also wonderful ppl are getting closer to their end goals

I hear you. We sent our RFIE response back in December and haven’t had any updates since then!! It gets really frustrating and hard to stay positive, especially seeing other cases move so quickly (even though, as you said, it’s wonderful everyone is reaching the end). Stay strong. Our time will come!

I don’t doubt it. It’s a draining process even when it goes great. But you did it and now you can hopefully relax and wait for your good news

I just got the "Your card is being produced notification". However, Form I-130 says Interview was completed and case must be reviewed...

for us we received notification that our I-130 was approved the day after we we were notified our card was in production. You should be getting the same notification shortly!

10/19/2019 - Package Received

No update since then. But based on others timeline, this may indeed be busy month.



I think it may also have something to do with the new public charge rule that was set to start on 08/15/2019. So many people were rushing to get their applications submitted before then. However, we all know that rule has been suspended indefinitely for now.

does RFIE delay the procedure?
