Took 28 days exactly for them to have it in their system with my application. Have seen many similar cases from filers in the post-March 20th period taking 28 days (or so) as well. I'd call them around the 27th day (Monday or Tuesday) and ask if it's in their system.

I didn't call them yet. I see on the website that wait 30 day and contact at lock box email.

USCIS' support line will tell you if the case is in their system yet (they can even do it through Ask Emma online if you use the chat function). The lockbox can be contacted after 30 days of hearing nothing, but I'm hoping you won't be in the position where you have to contact the lockbox.

Wait until next week to call them. It’s better talking to them on the phone.

Looks like we won't be getting biometrics appointments any time soon

Hey guys, I just received a COURTESY LETTER today dated April 30,2020 from USCIS informing me that I didn’t submit I-693 (Medical); therefore, I should submit it on the day of my interview. Has anyone else received theirs, since we don’t usually submit I-693 form during the initial filing because the medical if done, it’s valid for a certain number of months?
NO BIOMETRIC APPOINTMENT received yet.
