Hi everyone! Thank you so much for sharing your updates, this has been really helpful. I have a quick question for those who applied for an expedited request for EAD and received it. Did you receive a combo card upon approval? Because the expedited request is for just EAD, I am trying to make sure if it also comes with AP on it. Thank you!

4/24 Package received by USCIS
4/29 3 Txt messages
5/08 Received 3 797C in the mail

Update:

6/23 RFE Response delivered to USCIS
8/25 Received Biometrics appointment letter (the appointment was scheduled 4 days before we received the letter)
8/26 Biometrics walk-in appointment
8/26 Filed AR-11 Change of Address
9/9 Ready to be scheduled for an interview!

I was just checking USPS Informed Delivery, under packages it says: Pre-shipment Info sent to USPS. It is from USCIS-Corbin production Facility, Corbin, KY.

But I don't see any updated in USCIS case status. Any experiences/ Thoughts?

Yes, familiar...just went through this with my GC package, and others have as well. For my case, my status updated to picked up with the tracking, but informed delivery showed nothing. Someone else had their document show up in informed delivery but didn’t get case status updated till after they’d already received it. Based on this, I think you should feel confident the card is on its way to you, and you will also eventually see the tracking information updated to case status..either tomorrow or day after.

What does a “your case is ready to be scheduled” look like? I have been sitting on “fingerprints applied” since April.

My field office is Santa Ana as well, I think we will have to wait a while before we get our interview scheduled.

Yes it will take a while I've prepared myself to wait for a year till the interview is scheduled.

At least we're getting the EAD so that would help a bit. Good luck with your case

I have been a silent reader on this forum for a while now and today my EAD (probably combo card) got approved. This is my timeline so far.

Married to USC
Initial status: H1B
Field office: Newark, NJ
10-25-2019 : I-130 approved.
04-13-2020 : Package sent - Concurrent filing - I485, I765, I131 and I864
04-14-2020 : Package delivered - Priority date
05-07-2020 : 3 NOA received in mail
05-27-2020 : Yellow courtesy letter for medical in mail.
07-17-2020 : Previous biometrics were reused. (SMS + Mail Notice)
09-15-2020: New card is being produced. (SMS Notice)
