- 9/9: Received all receipts.

I heard only when your finger print is taken can the approval process gets to go forward. Usuaully it takes about 4-6 months for EAD and travel permit to be approved.

Here is my timeline:

8/27/20 - Received I-130, I-485, I-765, and I-131 (did not file I-944) at USCIS lockbox
9/15/20 - Charged my credit card for $1,760
9/20/20 - Received text confirmations for all forms
9/26/20 - Received NOA on all forms with notice date of 9/16/20

Waiting for further steps/notifications

No. I don’t remember submitting one. My attorney didn’t ask for one. Is it mandatory? Did you submit?

Mine is with National Benefits Center and I have not heard anything about biometrics My application was received by USCIS in mid-August.

Congrats, thedoctor10! I had the same Qs as sandeep.iiit but after seeing EB1A, I just feel NBC may be prioritizing cases. Did you send in I944?
