Please share any recent experience with expedite EAD request for spouse/dependent.
I am planning to expedite in next couple of weeks as my spouse recently got a job offer as a Nurse in a Hospital.

Finally after 278 days of submitting 485/765/131 (30th October 2020) got EAD card production notification, nothing else , this is only for my spouse alone (not primary) , does anyone have any experience on what’s going on?? What can I expect ??

I was curious so I checked the status of the receipt number on I 485 J receipt notice . I still says the same "Fees were waived" as it did when I checked when I received it in May . no status change . May be they didn't change mine . I also didn't get any status change when I received RFE or responded to RFE . I directly got we ordered your card . but at the end of the day AoS is what we need and that's what matters

My husband filed his I-485 in October 2020. I did not file with him at that time. I filed in July 2021. The attorney has requested USCIS to process our I-485 together but when my husband checked his status, it shows his file has already reached in New York. Is it still possible that My I-485 will get approved with his? If not, how soon will I get my EAD?

As for as I know there is no approval for that . Thats all you get for I 485 J

Biometrics taken 4/7/2021
AOS and EAD case was updated to show fingerprints are taken 4/8/2021
EAD: New card being produced 8/3/2021 (for me and my wife)
AP: case was received (Still no update. I hope we will get combo cards, but still concerned about my son's AP)
AOS: still case was updated to show fingerprints are taken

Giving some hope, but still way to go until PR.

albatross thanks. Just one additional digit would help. Everyone who’s filed in October has same first 4 digits 2190. Have seen a lot of MAC21904 a d MSC21905 get approved in recent past. Curious to know if yours is MSC21904/5/6/7?
