One question regarding I-94. after getting GC, I-94 end date is no more valid? My passport expire soon, Do i need to take any action regarding I-94 update?

Just by sending the AOS the I-94 end date is no longer important.

So my current i-95 expires end of the year... and for sure I am getting my EAD/AP before that.

If no GC until end of year then I can still continue to stay on the EAD/AP or I need to take some action as well?

Adjustment of status is a legal status on which you can live in the US until you get GC. You need to make sure you renew EAD to continue to work and AP for travelling outside US.

Hopefully these ae hypotheticals and you'll receive GC soon.

You don't need to renew your visa once you have filed I485 and once you have AP you can travel outside US.

You will get the status next day - "Card Was Picked Up By The United States Postal Service" and you will get a tracking number of usps.

response sent through lawyer on 26th July
27th July EAD case approved card being produced
28th July I-31 case approved
29th July I-485 case approved
may be in 2 to 3 weeks receive GC

You had the issue from EMMA chat where one week they said your case if in FO and other time saying case is with NBC rite ?

In my case 2-3 weeks back they said that case was transferred to FO but the next week they said it is in NBC .

Yes, same issue. I guess once they confirm it's at FO it is and then other times due to system issues they're not able to check so they give standard answer.

Folks some good news,
Finally looks like the 765 and 131 are moving. Below is my timeline.

July 28, 2021 Case Was Approved
July 28, 2021 We ordered your new card.
April 6, 2021 The fingerprints relating to your Form I-765 Application for Employment Authorization, were taken.
October 29, 2020 We received your Form I-765, Application for Employment Authorization.

Question -
When should I expect them to ship the EAD cards and should a tracking be available for them?

Hi Abhi,

Just for everybody's benefit, i have contacted USCIS through Emma for my son's EAD/AP status..they said current timeline for EAD AP is 6 months to 12 months, and my son's is still under process..So i have put an expedited request and they said USCIS agent will call me within 7 days...for 485, they said my application moved to SJC field office

Nice update, did you put in the expediate request via the live agent chat and if yes on what grounds.
If all family members have same filing date for 765/131 I don't understand how for kids the same is taking longer to process.
