October 2020 I1485 filers may join

I filed my I485, 765 & 131 all on October 29, 2020 and the documents reached on October 30, 2020. I received the receipt notice on Dec 24, 2020. However, I have not received biometric appointment notice yet. The last update was on November 30, 2020 when my I485 reflected "finger print fee received". Are there folks with similar filing date and received biometric appointment notice? any updated please. Many thanks!

My filing date is similar to yours, but notice date is Jan 2nd 2021. I chatted with Emma, I was told to wait for biometric appointment notice or I-797 indicating reuse of my finger prints.

Can you help on how to chat with Emma specific to the case, When entering any receipt number she always returns generic responses pointing to webpages.

Type "Live Agent" and wait for Emma's response. Select Green card and then you have to provide your Receipt number. You can check the status of one person at a time (in case if you're trying to get status of all family members).

Type live agent and after that choose green card as an option. It definitely works so may be you tried at a time when the waiting was too long. Keep trying and it will work.

Thanks that did the trick, after taking all the details the live agent game a generic response. But at least I got to know that no biometric was issued.

I-131 has reached 12th October 2020 as per USCIS processing time. if everyday date goes up by 1 day. hoping to receive something by end of March.

I had opened a service request for the I131 but haven't heard anything back yet. Tried EMMA but same response. Researched other threads and folks are saying that the SR have been getting closed without update. My wife's EAD expires soon and I was hoping that the this EAD would come in time, but it look doesn't appear promising.

Hey Guys - EB1C with a filing date of Oct 27th. I received my biometrics today but havent received it for the family. Does anyone have any experience if we just go and see if they can get the family in as well?

My previous passport was expiring in April but I renewed it now, which means my old passport is canceled. Do I need to send a copy of my new passport to USCIS? I am waiting for my biometrics.

The EAD processing timeline shows April 2020 as receipt date for case enquiry so not sure how the EADs are being processed for Oct 2020 filers.

There are many members who got EAD as a combo card after Biometrics and very few without Biometrics as well.
