Wanted to share some positive news and my timeline on the group. Hoping this helps some of the folks. Feel free to DM me in case you need any further inputs:

My case timeline:
EB-1C category
Country: India

Jan 9, 2019: Applied for Employment based I-140
May 24, 2019: I-140 approved

---Long wait for Priority date to get current and got married in 2020---

Oct 2020: Priority date is current
Oct 26, 2020: Applied for I-485, I-131 and I-765 all together for both spouse and myself. Included all relevant documents along with medicals in the packet.
Nov 26, 2020: Case was received (All the case numbers showed the same status)

---Radio silence for a long time---

Feb 6, 2021: Biometrics appointment received on mail
Mar 10, 2021: Completed Biometrics appointment

---Radio silence for a long time---

Mid May, 2021: Put in a expedited request for AP/EAD combo card as I had to travel home on a urgent basis on humanitarian grounds
Jun 1, 2021: Expedite request approved by USCIS without any additional documentation etc. but no further progress on the AP/EAD combo card
Jun 15, 2021: Received Interview notice for both spouse and I
Jul 13, 2021: Completed i-485 interview at the Field office. Interview went well and then officer conveyed that they'll approve the case once the admin stuff is done
Jul 14, 2021: Case was approved (i-485) for both spouse and I as per the USCIS Case Status online

---Now waiting for the Green Cards and Welcome letters to arrive---

Overall, interview experience was very friendly and casual. My spouse and I had prepped a ton of documents, photos and everything came into use during the 25 mins of interview.

Congrats on your GC approval. It is interesting to note that you had an interview when it is waived for almost all EB cases. May be now they are starting to schedule interviews for EB cases again possibly?

Hi Albatross, Did you sent the RFE to NBC or FO? What’s your FO ?

I sent to my closest FO which is Cleveland . Sent it today . so lets see how long it takes . I was asked to send the medicals separate and not together for family members as I received them separate

I believe RFE is from NBC. Asking me to submit the medical RFE to NBC, KS 66225

I got RFE from Field office asking me to sent it by mail .

This is my time line I sent to field office today , lets see what happens

• EB1C - Multinational Manager (L1A) - INDIA
• Priority date: 17 April 2020
• I140 approved 21 August 2020
• Filing I485 + I944 + I765 + I131+I944 on 28OCT2020
• Receipt notice 10th December 2020
• Fingerprints taken 07th April 2021
• I 485 J receipt Notice May 3rd 2021
• I 765 / I 131 - EAD /AP - No updates
• Medical RFE received - July 2 2021 - NO status changes in online USCIS case status
• RFE sent back to FO - July 16th 2021

Did you get a tracking number for the mail?
I couldn't find it in my USCIS account.
How many days did it take to arrive?

Your i765 will update with multiple statuses, one will say that the post office picked up your card and will show the tracking number, for me it took 7 days from "new card being produced" until it was shipped, you'll also receieve a letter of approval of the EAD before you get the card, in my case i was lucky enough that i received my SSN 2 days before the EAD

Finally my wait is over after 270 days. My 485 was approved. Here is timeline. Hope it will help others. Thanks you all for sharing your details which help everyone to understand the progress and say we are not alone in this journey

Please don't expect the online status change- in my case the status was fingerprint received until final decision was made. There is no update on RFE sent or RFE received.

• I-485 statuses changed: We ordered your new card --> We approved your Form I-485 --> We ordered your new card. --> We mailed your new card your Form I-485 --> Card was picked up by USPS --> Card Was Delivered To Me By The Post Office
