today it shows on both the cases "Case was approved"
The online system is reverse? first card produced and later case approved...????

Mine came from Corbin KY. I think it could also come from lees summit as well .

I guess the "card being produced" is the last step on the approval process, once that is done, they update the system to say that the case was approved (complete with the card creation too).
