So frustrating, I could cry. And there is absolutely no point mentioning this to them if we rang. When we get the same card we should all apply for jobs in immigration, bet we know more than them with all this research we have been doing lol . ,GC applied due to marriage to a USC, live in SFO

november 21st - fingerprints taken
march 11th - case ready to schedule interview. Still saying fee for finger prints received
may 7th - I notified USCIS that my EAD and AP are out side normal processing times. (No reply)
june 12th - expatiated my case due to needing to travel home to my sisters wedding

I got my EAD 2 weeks ago (after 7.5 month).
I'm wondering when should I apply for the extension !?! The processing time is 8.5 month now!!Comment

You can apply 6 months before expiration date. The receipt should say that with it the EAD is valid for another 180 days, that will give you almost a year for the renewal to arrive.Originally posted by SmJuly2018 View PostNov 2018 - Package sent - EB - Texas Service Center

Good morning. Just to update fellow applicants here. I got a notif that my EAD AND ADVANCE PAROLE has been approved today. My Pd is Nov 2,2018 and processed in NBC. I am glad to know my case was indeed moving and now approved. Just wondering how many days will I wait before I get the cards by mail?Comment
