We have a baby born last year in US( We have her passport issued from USA), currently we are in USA. in the next 4 months we are planning to go to India for 2 months. For me & my spouse we already have visas. Now my question is what type of VISA and what is the procedure to apply for my baby? Also is there any provision to get the dual citizenship (US & India) ?
