PERM processing time

Hey, Any one know what this means.
The icert portal has gone back to the Jan 31st status and says April 09. This is on Saturday 13th Mar 2010 at 7 AM.
OMG ! What is that supposed to mean. Y did they have to pull back .

1. They want to try finishing May 09 before calling June 09 processing.
Many from May 09 are still waiiting to hear.
2. That was an error and Monday morning it will say June again.

My Perm was submitted in July 30, 2009 I got the approval in March 11, 2010.

Anoopkomar and Drdeen- My sincere congrats to you! Looks like the (non-audit) process times range between 8-10 months.

Crazygk- According to the iCert portal, currently the 2008 Jan audits cases are being processed. Not sure if DOL is reviewing in chronological order. Best of luck to you.

Perm in the process

My labor was filed on June 29th 2009 under EB-2

I did not get any reply / response from the Atlanta service center.

How much time does it take to clear the labor these days?

I have observed three groups of applications that go under audit: (1) due to wrong information in the application form (2) due to the company which has made the application on behalf of the foreign worker (for example almost all applications made by Fragomen were subject to 100% audit until mid/end 2008 due to a supposedly fraudulent application made by the subject company. there was a law suit between them and DOL which I believe has ended by mutual agreement between the two parties) (3) due to random sampling

PERM EB3 filed in 1st week of May 2009; approval received today 3/18/2010.
