Got my perm approved today! March 10th

All,
Just got call from my Employer that my PERM was approved and my application date is March 10th. .

That's less than 10 months.

Wow - great and congratulations.

At least that confirms that March is going on now. April, May and June - 3 more months for mine - applied in June 2009.

current status of PERM approval

I was just told by our immigration people at UCD that they have received an approved labor certification which was submitted on March 30, 2009.

Mine was submitted April 30, 2009, so I hope in a short while I will be switching to the I-140 thread....

I'll post an update as I learn more!

If Labor has been approved for March 30, 2009 on Jan 15th 2010, does it mean it has started to process fast now? Is it gonna be applications for two months will be covered in a month time? Isn't it good news?

From what I have seen, the actual date does not really matter. Only the month. I think DOL just picks up all applications for a particular month and processes them irrespective of order - this is what I saw so far for Jan and Feb.

I wish / hope what you are saying is correct, but I do not see much evidence for that..

I am still waiting for the approval. Those who applied after March 26th got their confirmation, not sure what happened to my application.
