One more thing, what do you adviced to file once again from same company or other?

    Thanks,

honestly, I don't know which company you should file a new application w/.
I will bring all the documents including denial letter to your lawyer (or lawyers) and get consultation before making decision.

    1. my previous lawer didn't provide the paperwork requested by DOL
    2. it is so much quicker to start the whole process again rather than filing the appeal
    hope this helps.

    PD Oct 15 2009

SJG - even my PD is same, 3 of my friends, 2 with PD in Sep 2009 and one with 16 Oct 2009 have got the approval, I don't know what's happening for Oct 15.

Even I'm right now a bit worried.

SJG- The average processing time was around 10 months up until February 2010. Yet DOL seems to have gained momentum since then and the processing time is now between 5 and 8 months. I think you should hear back any time between today and June 30. Beyond June, I would be concerned.
